The Thunder trailed for most of the first quarter before Durant's free throw gave them the lead with 4:24 left, and they took a 30-27 edge into the second quarter.

The Timberwolves showed life in the third, going on a 17-4 run to pull within two with 33 ticks left. Durant, though, hit two three pointers -- including a buzzer-beater -- at then end of the quarter to push the margin back to six, 88-82, heading into the final frame.
