New York, NY (Sports Network) - Dwyane Wade poured in 32 points, grabbed five rebounds, and dished out five assists, as the Miami Heat handled the New York Knicks, 111-98, at Madison Square Garden.

Michael Beasley added 16 points and seven rebounds for the Heat, who have won 10 of 11 and moved into a tie with idle Milwaukee for fifth in the Eastern Conference. Miami concludes the season with games against Philadelphia and New Jersey, while the Bucks close against Atlanta and Boston.

Udonis Haslem donated 14 points and 10 rebounds off the bench, while Quentin Richardson also chipped in 14 points. Carlos Arroyo and Dorell Wright each ended with 12 points for the victors.

"I think the biggest thing we did was we all played together as a collective unit," Wade said.

David Lee finished with 26 points, six rebounds, and five assists for the Knicks, who have dropped three straight. New York ends the year with contests against Washington and Toronto.

Danilo Gallinari had 19 points and seven boards, while Bill Walker added 18 points. Earl Barron donated 13 points and 12 rebounds in defeat.

The Knicks led by as many as eight in the first quarter and took a 29-24 margin into the second.

Trailing 37-28 with under 10 minutes to go until half, the Heat went on a 13-2 run to take the lead. Wright tallied five points during the burst, which Wade capped with a jumper to make it 41-39 with less than 5 1/2 minutes left.

After a Gallinari jumper and Walker layup, Miami put together a 14-2 surge to build a 10-point margin. Wade had six points during the stretch, including a slam to make it 55-45. The score was 55-47 at the break.

Ahead 73-67 with over four minutes remaining in the third, Miami went on a 10-3 furry to create some breathing room. Wade's three-point play made it an 83-70 contest, and the score was 87-74 heading to the fourth.

New York never got closer than eight in the final period.

"It's about trying to have some momentum coming into next season," Lee said of the team's remaining games.
