Final Score: Memphis 125, Phoenix 118

Memphis, TN (Sports Network) - Rudy Gay poured in a game-high 31 points while pulling down nine rebounds, as the Memphis Grizzlies continued their solid play at home with a 125-118 victory over the Phoenix Suns.

"We have to be able to come up with stops. We gave up 37 points in the fourth quarter. That's way too many," Suns head coach Alvin Gentry said.

Down 14-11 with seven minutes to go in the first quarter, the Grizzlies closed the period on a 23-6 run. Gay tallied nine points during the spurt, including a trey to give Memphis a 34-20 lead after 12 minutes.
