Sacramento, CA (Sports Network) - Dwight Howard poured in 25 points and grabbed 15 rebounds to lead the Orlando Magic in a 139-107 victory over the Sacramento Kings.
Jameer Nelson chipped in 23 points, 11 assists and five steals for the Magic, who set an NBA record with 23 made three-pointers. Rashard Lewis tallied 19 points and J.J. Redick 15.
Hedo Turkoglu ended with 17 points and eight helpers for Orlando, which won its fifth straight game.
Kevin Martin notched a game-best 30 points for the Kings, who have lost six of seven. Francisco Garcia gave 15 points and Spencer Hawes 14 in defeat.
The Magic were up 41-29 after the first quarter and on top 75-56 at the half.
Martin scored the first 10 Sacramento points of the third quarter, but Orlando outscored its counterpart, 32-29, in the frame to take a 107-85 lead into the final 12 minutes.
Hawes' two free throws brought Orlando's edge to 114-87 with 10:04 left in the game.
Orlando's lead never dipped below 20 points the rest of the way.
