Toronto, ON (Sports Network) - Chris Bosh totaled 32 points and 10 rebounds, and the Toronto Raptors defeated the Memphis Grizzlies, 103-82, at Air Canada Centre.
Andrea Bargnani posted 21 points and eight rebounds for the Raptors, who have won four of five. Willie Solomon contributed 10 points and nine assists in place of the injured Jose Calderon, who sat out for the fourth consecutive game with a hamstring injury.
"We won a game that we were supposed to, and we are just trying to keep everything moving," Bosh said. "We know that the schedule is going to get a little more challenging from here on out. We just have to keep doing the things we are doing. Approach every game with the charisma and the want to win that we've been coming with, and just play ball."
Jason Kapono scored 11 points for Toronto.
Rudy Gay had a team-high 22 points for the Grizzlies, who have dropped three in a row and seven of eight. Hakim Warrick posted 18 points, and Kyle Lowry added 12 points in a losing effort.
"Bosh really took it to us," Gay said. "He really drove it at us and made his shots. Kapono and Bargnani came out and they were making shots."
Bosh scored eight points in the opening quarter, and the Raptors held a 23-19 lead after 12 minutes of play.
The two teams played close throughout the second quarter, and Toronto led, 47-44, at halftime.
Leading 55-54 four minutes into the third, the Raptors closed the frame on a 17-7 burst to take a 72-61 edge to the fourth.
Kris Humphries' jumper 3 1/2 minutes into the fourth put Toronto up 14, and Memphis didn't get to within single digits the rest of the way.
The Raptors have beaten the Grizzlies in four straight meetings after dropping the previous eight matchups...Memphis' O.J. Mayo had 11 points in a losing effort...Toronto shot 55.6 percent from the floor, while Memphis shot 42.5 percent...The Grizzlies fell to 2-15 on the road.
