Final Score: Miami 103, Philadelphia 91

Miami, FL (Sports Network) - Dwyane Wade had 33 points, 13 assists and seven rebounds to guide the Miami Heat past the slumping Philadelphia 76ers, 103-91, at AmericanAirlines Arena.

Udonis Haslem posted a double-double with 18 points and 10 boards and Alonzo Mourning had 14 points for the Heat, who have won two in a row.

Allen Iverson could not get his team in the win column despite dropping in 45 points for Philadelphia, which has dropped six of its last seven and nine of 11. Andre Iguodala had 15 points and nine rebounds and was the only other Sixer in double digits.

Miami went on a 10-1 run in the latter stages of the third quarter to move in front, 70-62. Wade had six points in the burst, including four straight free throws to give his team its first significant cushion.

"He has a very high basketball I.Q.," said Heat head coach Pat Riley of Wade. "He has an incredible awareness of tempo, the clock and where everybody is. Some guys have a blueprint of a playbook in their mind."

The lead got as high as nine before Iverson converted a three-point play to make it 74-68 heading into the final frame.

Haslem opened the fourth with two straight field goals to up the Heat advantage to double-digits, though, and Dorell Wright followed with a slam to make it 80-68.

The Sixers got no closer than eight the rest of the way.

A nip-and-tuck first half ended in a 51-51 tie, with Iverson leading all scorers with 27 points.

"Obviously when he is playing that way, it helps us out a great deal," said Sixers head coach Maurice Cheeks of Iverson.

The Sixers actually led 31-25 after 12 minutes of play, but were unable to hold the lead.
