However, he has been excellent in his four road starts this season (0-1, 2.81 ERA). Less than a year after a line drive fractured his neck and skull in a horrific scene last August, Nicasio was able to make it through seven innings of work, allowing just five hits and one run. | Insight: Nicasio struck out four and walked one while picking up a no-decision. Nicasio only has 14 major league starts under his belt so it's difficult to judge his fantasy potential just yet, but if Sunday's performance is any indication, Nicasio looks like the real deal. It really is a miracle that Nicasio is back in the big leagues after the gruesome injury he suffered last summer. | | |
