Insight: Garcia got into 13 September games last season and was very good with a 2.13 ERA, 0.789 WHIP and 15 K's in 12.2 IP, but doesn't have a clear role for 2013 that will get him enough work to be of value to fantasy owners. He's been a closer in the minors, but the Nats have Rafael Soriano, Drew Storen and Tyler Clippard at the end of their bullpen.
