Baltimore, MD (Sports Network) - Chris Tillman tossed seven scoreless innings on Tuesday and the Baltimore Orioles blanked the Chicago White Sox, 6-0, in the second test of a four-game series.
Tillman (7-2) allowed just one hit and fanned five while walking four to pick up his second straight win. Brian Matusz throwing two scoreless innings in relief.
Nick Markakis banged a three-run double, while Adam Jones hit his 100th career home run. Lew Ford also homered in the Orioles fourth consecutive victory.
Chris Sale (15-5) was knocked around for four runs on six hits and three walks in just four innings, as the White Sox lost for the second straight night on the heels of a six-game winning streak.
