| NOTES | | | The Nationwide Tour heads to Highland Springs Country Club this week for the
Price Cutter Charity Championship, where J.J. Killeen goes for his third
straight win and an automatic promotion to the PGA Tour. Without defending
champion Hunter Haas in the field, the attention turns to Killeen, one of
two-time winners on tour this season. Three wins in a single season earns a
spot on the PGA Tour, so the top two on this year`s money list have a lot to
gain this week. Killeen has come out of nowhere to win in consecutive weeks,
so he`ll ride the momentum of titles at the Utah Championship and Cox Classic
in an attempt to make it three in a row. Next week, the Nationwide Tour heads
to Overland Park, Kansas and Nicklaus Golf Club for the Midwest Classic,
which had its inaugural running in 2009 as the Christmas in October Classic.
Michael Sim won that year, and there was no event held in 2010.
