| NOTES | | | The Nationwide Tour remains in Georgia this week for the Stadion Classic.
Last year`s winner Martin Piller managed an even-par 71 in the final round
and it was enough for a one-stroke win over Daniel Summerhays, who tripped to
a two-over 73 in the final round. Piller has moved on to the PGA Tour and
will not defend his title. He has made the cut in four of his 10 starts this
year. Nationwide Tour money-leader Mathew Goggin is playing on the PGA Tour
this week so No. 2 Daniel Chopra can take over the top spot if he can earn
his second title of the season. Two University of Georgia legends -- Chip
Beck and Bubba Watson, who won the PGA Tour`s Zurich Classic of New Orleans
on Sunday -- are serving as honorary chairs this week. Watson won`t be around
all week as he will join Goggin in the field at Quail Hollow. There is no
television coverage of this event. After a week off, the Nationwide Tour will
return to action at the BMW Charity Pro-Am, where Justin Hicks won by two
strokes over four players.
