FCS Senior Scout Bowl set for Saturday

Myrtle Beach, SC (Sports Network) - The third annual FCS Senior Scout Bowl will be played Saturday at Doug Shaw Memorial Stadium.

The participants in the college all-star game includes Furman senior running back Jerodis Williams, who was named to The Sports Network FCS All-America First Team as a kickoff returner on Monday.

Williams will play for the South squad alongside such players as UT-Martin quarterback Derek Carr, Charleston Southern cornerback Charles James and Coastal Carolina linebacker Andrae Jacobs.

The North roster includes Delaware State quarterback Nick Elko and Brown cornerback and return specialist A.J. Cruz.

Despite its name, the game includes players below the FCS level.

Kickoff is set for 5 p.m. ET
