Miami, FL (Sports Network) - Paul McCall threw for 292 yards and a touchdown,
as the Florida International Golden Panthers downed the Western Kentucky
Hilltoppers, 27-3, in non-conference play.
McCall connected on 20-of-34 pass attempts and he also rushed for 28 yards for
FIU (5-7). Greg Ellingson was his main target, pulling down six balls for 104
David Wolke struggled for WKU (2-10), completing just 13-of-36 tosses for 138
yards and two picks.
The Toppers scored the only points of the first quarter on a 26-yard field
goal by Tanner Siewert.
