Argos SB Durie out with broken collarbone; Emry concussed
Toronto, ON (SportsNetwork.com) - Toronto Argonauts slotback Andre Durie is expected to miss the next six weeks after suffering a broken collarbone.
CFL.ca reported that Argos head coach Scott Milanovich made the announcement on Monday, two days after the eight-year veteran suffered the injury in a 48-15 victory over the Saskatchewan Roughriders. Durie caught five passes for 77 yards, adding two carries for 18 yards in the blowout.
Durie has totaled 130 yards on 10 receptions through two games this season.
The Boatmen's defense also suffered a blow in that win, as linebacker Shea Emry suffered what was later confirmed by the club to be a concussion.
Toronto hosts Calgary on Saturday night.
