Edmonton got on the board with a single 5 1/2 minutes into the second before scoring 90 seconds later on White's one-yard TD plunge to make it 8-7.
Calgary answered back with Rene Paredes' 42-yarder with just over five minutes to go in the first half.
Hugh O'Neill's single with just under two minutes to go in the first cut the deficit to 10-9, but it would be as close as the Eskimos would get the rest of the way.

O'Neill's 14-yarder with nine minutes left pulled the Eskimos back within 16-12, but Paredes banged a pair of field goals from 50 and 42 yards out to account for the final difference.
Paredes' 50-yarder was the longest field goal in the CFL this season.
