NCAA Game Summary - Liberty at U-C-F

Orlando, FL (Sports Network) - Isaac Sosa and A.J. Tyler scored 13 points apiece to lead the UCF Knights in an 82-58 rout over the Liberty Flames as part of the UCF Holiday Classic at the UCF Arena.

A.J. Rompza added 12 points and passed out five assists in the win for UCF (8-4), while Keith Clanton chipped in seven points to go with a game-high 14 rebounds.

Kyle Ohman notched 18 points in the losing effort for Liberty (6-7), while Antwan Burrus finished with 10 points off the bench.

The Flames were held to a lackluster 35.5 percent shooting from the floor during the first stanza, enabling UCF to take a 37-31 lead into the break.

The Knights really poured it on in the second half, knocking down 55.6 percent of their attempts from the field to go with an 11-of-16 effort at the charity stripe en route to the 24-point win.

The Flames connected on just 33.3 percent of their attempts from the field in the loss, including a meager 6-of-25 from long range.

UCF will face Jacksonville in a title bout on Wednesday.
