The Honda Indy 200 at Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course is the 14th race on the 2013 IZOD IndyCar Series season schedule.

This 2.258-mile road course, located roughly 60 miles north of Columbus, Ohio, opened in 1962.

This will be the seventh time Mid-Ohio hosts an IndyCar-sanctioned race. Prior to IndyCar's inaugural event in 2007, CART competed there each year from 1983-2003. A USAC race was held at this track in 1980.

Scott Dixon has won four of the six previous IndyCar races at Mid-Ohio, including a victory there last year. Dixon scored the victory in the first event at this track in '07. The Chip Ganassi Racing driver has been on a roll lately, winning the last three races (Pocono and both events in the weekend doubleheader in Toronto).

Dixon's teammate, Dario Franchitti, won the 2010 race at Mid-Ohio. Ryan Briscoe is the only driver not from Ganassi that has an IndyCar victory there. Briscoe's win at this track came in 2008 when he drove for Team Penske. He is not entered in this year's event.

The next race is the Aug. 25 GoPro Indy Grand Prix of Sonoma at Sonoma Raceway. Briscoe won last year's event there.
