NOTES:
The Honda Indy Toronto, held on the streets of Toronto, are races 12 and 13 on the 19-race schedule for the 2013 IZOD IndyCar Series season.

For the second time this season, IndyCar will run two full-distance races at a venue on the same weekend. Last month, the series ran two events at Belle Isle Park in Detroit. Mike Conway won the first race, and Simon Pagenaud claimed his first career IndyCar victory in the second event. Houston's Reliant Park, which is a new venue on this year's series schedule, is scheduled for Oct. 5-6.

This will be the fifth time Toronto hosts an IndyCar-sanctioned race. Prior to IndyCar's inaugural event in 2009, CART/Champ Car competed on the streets of Toronto from 1986-2007.

Ryan Hunter-Reay is the defending race winner. Hunter-Reay took the lead for the first time on lap 49 and then ran in front for all but one of the remaining 36 laps. The Andretti Autosport driver picked up his third consecutive victory. He won at Milwaukee and Iowa prior to Toronto.

Dario Franchitti won the first IndyCar race at Toronto in '09 and then scored another victory there two years later. In last year's race, Franchitti started on the pole and led the first five laps but had a lengthy pit stop due to a fueling issue, which resulted in a 17th-place finish.

Michael Andretti won seven CART races at Toronto (1989, '91, '92, '94, '95, 2000 and '01).

The next race is the Aug. 4 Honda Indy 200 at Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course in Lexington, Ohio. Scott Dixon won last year's event there.
