Thompson and Warriors pound Kings

Oakland, CA (SportsNetwork.com) - Klay Thompson paced seven Warriors in double figures with 21 points as Golden State took care of the Sacramento Kings, 102-69, on Friday in dominating fashion.

Harrison Barnes scored 16 points off the bench and Stephen Curry and Jermaine O'Neal donated 13 apiece for Golden State, which led 59-27 at halftime and was never really threatened.

Marreese Speights and Jordan Crawford poured in 12 and 11 points, respectively, for the Warriors, who were coming off a 21-point loss to the Western Conference leading Spurs. Speights and Draymond Green had 10 rebounds apiece.

Golden State won despite playing without starting big men David Lee (hamstring) and Andrew Bogut (pelvis).

DeMarcus Cousins was the lone bright spot for the Kings, tallying 19 points and 11 boards in the lopsided defeat. Ray McCallum had 10 assists but shot just 2-of-14 as Sacramento's brief two-game winning streak came to an end.
