Insight: Morse replaces Gary Brown and that is the only change to the Giants roster from the division series to the championship series. Right now, he will just be used as a pinch hitter.

Insight: Morse has been playing in instructional league games in Arizona. Morse would be a big upgrade over Travis Ishikawa and Juan Perez, but manager Bruce Bochy would not say how many games Morse could start in left field.
