    2/13/2015 9:48:00 PM
Description: Flyers goalie Ray Emery took a second consecutive loss in overtime on Friday night.
Insight: He played very well, but did not get much help from his defense. Emery made 29 saves on 33 shots, and fell to 9-10-2 overall.

    2/10/2015 10:14:00 PM
Description: Flyers goalie Ray Emery took a tough loss in overtime Tuesday versus Montreal.
Insight: He stopped 39-of-41 shots on goal, and really deserved the win. However, emery fell to 9-9-2 on the season.

    2/10/2015 2:54:00 PM
Description: Fantasy owners need to keep an eye on Flyers goalie Ray Emery.
Insight: Steve Mason (lower-body) will be out for the next few weeks, and Emery will have a chance to be the team's No. 1 goaltender. Rookie Anthony Stolarz was been called up from Lehigh Valley to be the backup.

    2/9/2015 3:10:00 PM
Description: Flyers goalie Ray Emery should get the start over the next three games with injured Steve Mason watching from the press box..
Insight: Emery (9-9-1, 3.34 GQAA, .886 SV%) is pretty much locked in to start the games as the team's No. 3 goalie, Rob Zepp is also injured. The Flyers brought up Anthony Stolarz from Lehigh Valley (AHL) to be Emery's backup.

    2/8/2015 6:00:00 PM
Description: Flyers goalie Ray Emery replaced the injured Steve Mason on Sunday versus the Capitals and did a tremendous job as Philadelphia won, 3-1.
Insight: Emery entered the game in the second period and helped the Flyers kill a 5-on-3 Capitals power play. Emery made eight saves and didn't allow a goal in about 31 minutes of ice time.

    1/27/2015 9:23:00 PM
Description: Flyers goalie Ray Emery started Tuesday's game, but was pulled after letting up two goals on four shots.
Insight: Steve Mason replaced him, and will likely continue to see the majority of starts moving forward.

    1/15/2015 9:45:00 PM
Description: Flyers goalie Ray Emery barely made it out of the first period as he allowed three goals on the first 12 shots of the game on Thursday.
Insight: The Canucks tagged Emery for two first-period goals and then another within the first two minutes of the second period. At that point, backup Rob Zepp replaced Emery, who is now 7-8-1 this season.

    1/10/2015 3:39:00 PM
Description: Flyers goalie Ray Emery took the loss after replacing the injured Steve Mason on Saturday.
Insight: He allowed three goals on 13 shots. Emery is now 7-7-1 on the season. He is not a relevant option for owners.

    12/23/2014 10:17:00 PM
Description: Flyers goalie Ray Emery stopped 22-of-24 shots to beat the Wild on Tuesday.
Insight: Emery is 7-4-1 this season but came into Tuesday with a horrible 3.13 GAA and .894 save percentage. Hopefully, Steve Mason returns soon.

    12/11/2014 9:37:00 PM
Description: Flyers goalie Ray Emery earned a rather easy win on Thursday night.
Insight: He defeated New Jersey by stooping 17-of-18 shots on goal. Emery is now 5-4-1, but is clearly the backup behind Steve Mason.

    10/30/2014 10:03:00 PM
Description: Flyers goalie Ray Emery could not continue his stellar play on Thursday.
Insight: He had won his previous three starts, but fell to Tampa Bay on Thursday. Steve Mason will most likely get the nod, next time out.

    10/28/2014 9:58:00 PM
Description: Flyers goalie Ray Emery captured a victory on Tuesday against the Kings.
Insight: Emery made 38 saves as the Flyers won in overtime, 3-2. He is 4-0-1 this season.

    10/25/2014 9:41:00 PM
Description: Flyers goalie Ray Emery started for a consecutive game and earned another victory.
Insight: After playing okay against the Penguins on Wednesday and receiving the win, Emery was great on Saturday. He stopped 35-of-27 shots on goal, and is now in line for more playing time. Do not be surprised if he starts over Steve Mason next time out.

    10/22/2014 10:52:00 PM
Description: Flyers goalie Ray Emery stopped 22 of 25 shots in a victory on Wednesday against the Penguins.
Insight: Emery wasn't particularly good, but the Flyers controlled the puck for much of the game. Emery helped the Flyers penalty kill keep the top power-play unit of Pittsburgh scoreless on two tries. Steve Mason is still the starting goalie, but Emery might receive some more playing time moving forward. Keep an eye on this situation.

    10/22/2014 7:19:00 PM
Description: The Flyers will start Ray Emery on Wednesday against the Pittsburgh Penguins.
Insight: This isn't that surprising since Steven Mason played on Tuesday. Emery has a 2.73 GAA and .907 save percentage in two games this season. With Mason's slow start, perhaps Emery receives more playing time if he plays well on Wednesday.

    4/21/2014 2:02:00 PM
Description: The Flyers will not change goalies for Game 3, opting to stay with backup Ray Emery.
Insight: Steve Mason (upper body) has been declared out for Tuesday's game with the Rangers. Emery is 1-1 with a 3.00 GAA and .913 save percentage.

    3/8/2014 11:09:00 AM
Description: Flyers backup goalie Ray Emery will miss Saturday's game against Toronto due to a groin injury.
Insight: Emery hasn't gotten much work this season going 7-9-1 with a 3.03 GAA and .898 SV%. That's nothing like the 17-1-0 record (1.94 GAA, .922 SV%) he put together last season in Chicago. Steve Mason has started 10 of the Flyers' 11 games since Jan. 25.

    3/1/2014 11:10:00 AM
Description: Flyers backup goalie Ray Emery is questionable for Saturday's game against the NY Rangers with an undisclosed injury.
Insight: Emery hasn't gotten much work this season going 7-9-1 with a 3.03 GAA and .898 SV%. That's nothing like the 17-1-0 record (1.94 GAA, .922 SV%) he put together last season in Chicago. Steve Mason will get the start on Saturday.

    1/7/2014 6:05:00 PM
Description: Flyers backup goalie Ray Emery will step into the net Tuesday at New Jersey.
Insight: Emery's only shutout this season came at the Prudential Center against the Devils on Nov. 2. The journeyman is 4-7-0 with a 3.03 GAA and an .890 SV% this season as the backup to Steve Mason.
