Description: Seahawks running back Christine Michael (hamstring) has missed the first two days of practice this week and we await Friday to see if there is any chance he'll be ready to go in Week 2.
Insight: The second-year back went into training camp with a ton of buzz, but Marshawn Lynch remains the workhorse after resolving his contract issues and Robert Turbin will be his backup at least until Michael is healthy.

    9/3/2014 3:10:00 PM
Description: Seahawks running back Christine Michael (hamstring) has been ruled out for Thursday night's season opener, according to coach Pete Carroll.
Insight: The second-year back went into training camp with a ton of buzz, but Marshawn Lynch remains the workhorse after resolving his contract issues and Robert Turbin will be his backup.

    9/1/2014 4:38:00 PM
Description: Seahawks coach Pete Carroll said that running back Christine Michael (hamstring) is "banged up," according to Liz Mathews of 710 ESPN Seattle.
Insight: Michael is iffy for the season opener. The second-year back went into training camp with a ton of buzz, but Marshawn Lynch remains the workhorse after resolving his contract issues and Michael may still be behind Robert Turbin on the depth chart.

    8/8/2014 10:46:00 AM
Description: Seahawks running back Robert Turbin started the preseason opener, but we continue to believe second-year running back Christine Michael will be the handcuff for Marshawn Lynch.
Insight: Michael rushed seven times for 16 yards and caught three balls for 12 yards while Turbin rushed for just five yards on four carries.

    6/10/2014 11:11:00 AM
Description: We believe Seahawks second-year running back Christine Michael should overtake Robert Turbin for the backup role to Marshawn Lynch.
Insight: Unless Marshawn Lynch gets hurt or has more legal issues, Michael shouldn't have much fantasy value this season, but keeper league owners should keep an eye on him as he looks like a more explosive option/handcuff than Robert Turbin.

    Hot8/24/2013 11:28:00 AM
Description: Another nice showing from Seahawks rookie backup running back Christine Michael. He rushed 11 times for 97 yards against Green Bay on Friday night.
Insight: Unless Marshawn Lynch gets hurt or has more legal issues, Michael shouldn't have much fantasy value this season, but keeper league owners should keep an eye on him as he looks like a better option/handcuff than Robert Turbin. Michael has rushed for 186 yards on 27 carries in the preseason (6.9 ypc).

    8/9/2013 2:15:00 PM
Description: A nice showing from Seahawks No. 3 running back, rookie Christine Michael, in the preseason opener - 16 carries for 89 yards.
Insight: Unless Marshawn Lynch gets hurt or has more legal issues, Michael shouldn't have much fantasy value this season, but keeper league owners should keep an eye on him and he could give backup Robert Turbin a run for his money.
