    Notes:
A true burner who is rarely caught from behind once he breaks into the open field...Decided to skip his senior season after a brilliant junior campaign that saw him rush for 1,619 yards and 18 touchdowns on 258 carries...Also posted 831 yards and seven scores as a backup in his sophomore season and 878 yards and 11 touchdowns as a freshman...Big-play ability separates Charles from other backs who will get a look starting in the second round...Can find cutback lanes and has good change of direction ability...Despite a rather slight frame, Charles is willing to lower his shoulder and often falls forward...Needs to add some bulk, and if he can do so without sacrificing speed, Charles could be the steal of the draft.
