    Indianapolis Colts

    Position
    TE

    Jersey
    80
    Name  Coby Fleener
    Born  9/20/1988
    Height  6-6
    Weight  252
    College  Stanford
    1/18/2015 10:12:00 PM
Description: Colts tight end Coby Fleener had three recpetions during Sunday's loss to the Pariots.
Insight: Fleener recorded 30 yards, just as Dwayne Allen did on four catches. Both tight ends will limit the value of the other in 2015.

    1/4/2015 4:26:00 PM
Description: Colts tight end Coby Fleener did not do much Sunday against the Bengals.
Insight: He had one catch for 18 yards, and will not be a great option as long as Dwayne Allen is healthy. Allen had three receptions for 30 yards.

    12/28/2014 5:31:00 PM
Description: Colts tight end Coby Fleener caught two touchdowns in Week 17.
Insight: Fleener has become a fantasy force since Dwyane Allen suffered his injury about a month ago. Fleener had five catches for 56 yards in addition to his two scores. He finished the season with eight touchdowns and should be targeted in the middle rounds next season.

    12/14/2014 7:02:00 PM
Description: Colts tight end Coby Fleener caught two passes for 32 yards in Week 15.
Insight: Fleener and fellow tight end Dwyane Allen each had two grabs with Allen getting the touchdown. If Allen plays, Fleener taks a back sit to him in terms of fantasy value.

    12/7/2014 6:50:00 PM
Description: Colts tight end Coby Fleener caught five passes in Week 14.
Insight: He recorded 56 yards on 10 targets. Dwayne Allen returned to action with only one catch for five yards on three targets. Fleener looks like the top tight end right now.

    12/7/2014 12:06:00 PM
Description: Colts tight end Coby Fleener may take a small step back in Week 14.
Insight: With Dwayne Allen returning from an ankle injury, Fleener may not see the action he was seeing over the past few weeks. However, his hot play has given him borderline TE1 status this week against the Browns.

    11/30/2014 5:35:00 PM
Description: Colts tight end Coby Fleener is proving any owner who picked him up to be a genius.
Insight: Alright, that might be a bit of a stretch, but Fleener did catch four passes for 127 yards and two touchdowns. For a position that is very inconsistent with production, Fleener has been a solid pickup for fantasy owners and should remain in starting lineups until Dwyane Allen returns.

    11/30/2014 12:15:00 PM
Description: Colts tight end Coby Fleener is a borderline must-start again with Dwyane Allen out this Sunday.
Insight: Fleener caught just two passes for 28 yards last week but the prior game, he had seven catches for 144 yards. In Week 9, he scored a touchdown. As long as Allen is out, Fleener is a borderline TE1 in 12-team leagues.

    11/23/2014 7:00:00 PM
Description: Colts tight end Coby Fleener could not capitalize during the absence of Dwayne Allen.
Insight: After a monster Week 11, Fleener had only two catches for 28 yards on Sunday. He still holds borderline TE1 value.

    Hot11/23/2014 11:49:00 AM
Description: Colts tight end Coby Fleener should be started in almost all formats with Dwayne Allen sidelined.
Insight: Allen is out, paving way for Fleener to see a ton of targets. He is a solid TE1 for Week 12.

    Hot11/20/2014 1:27:00 PM
Description: Colts tight end Coby Fleener could be a top fantasy tight end in Week 12 if Dwayne Allen isn't active.
Insight: Allen has already missed the first two practices of the week and it isn't looking very good for him to be ready by Sunday. The Colts can likely beat Jacksonville without Allen so if he's a borderline call they may play it conservatively.

    Hot11/17/2014 9:36:00 AM
Description: Colts tight end Coby Fleener was a busy guy taking over after Dwayne Allen was injured and catching a team-high seven balls for 144 yards against New England.
Insight: Depending upon the severity of the injury to Allen, Fleener may be a good play next weekend.

    11/4/2014 9:06:00 AM
Description: Colts tight end Coby Fleener was targeted a team-high 11 times, but caught just four of them.
Insight: Fleener made the most of them, for 77 yards and a touchdown. The Colts used short passes to their two talented tight ends all evening.

    7/28/2014 11:32:00 AM
Description: Colts tight end Coby Fleener could get on the field with Dwayne Allen more often this season, according to Stephen Holder of the Indianapolis Star.
Insight: Both are talented tight ends with receiving ability, though we like Allen a little bit more than Fleener. With the return of Reggie Wayne and the addition of Hakeem Nicks both tight ends may actually see reduced targets.

    8/15/2013 1:33:00 PM
Description: Colts tight end Coby Fleener (head) is expected to play Sunday against the Giants.
Insight: Fleener suffered an extremely mild concussion earlier this week but returned to practice Wednesday.

    8/14/2013 2:20:00 PM
Description: Colts tight end Coby Fleener (head) returned to the practice field on Wednesday.
Insight: Fleener's head injury must not have been a concussion for him to get back on the field this quickley. With Dwayne Allen's health questionable, Fleener could get off to a good start if he can avoid anymore injuries.

    8/13/2013 5:38:00 PM
Description: Colts tight end Coby Fleener was diagnosed with a concussion, according to Phillip Wilson of the Indy Star.
Insight: Fleener missed four games last season due to a shoulder injury and finished with 26 catches and 281 yards, but he also suffered a concussion prior to Indianapolis' bye week. With Dwayne Allen (foot) also on the sidelines, the two healthy TEs Tuesday were Justice Cunningham and Dominique Jones.

    5/30/2013 3:15:00 PM
Description: Colts coach Chuck Pagano said tight end Coby Fleener' reception total "should double" in his second season, according to the Herald Bulletin.
Insight: Fleener missed four games last season due to a shoulder injury and finished with 26 catches and 281 yards. More was expected of Andrew Luck's college teammate at Stanford in his rookie year.

    11/30/2012 5:40:00 PM
Description: Colts rookie tight end Coby Fleener (shoulder) is probable for Sunday's game against the Lions. SOURCE: Tom James, Terre Haute Tribune-Star
Insight: Fleener hasn't played since Week 8, but he hasn't been fantasy relevant since Week 1. He shouldn't be started until he proves otherwise.

    11/19/2012 3:45:00 PM
Description: Coach Bruce Arians is hopeful that Indianapolis tight end Coby Fleener can play in Week 12, according to an Indianapolis Star report. He's still recovering from a separated shoulder suffered in Week 8.
Insight: Weslye Saunders and Dwayne Allen will continue to fill in at tight end for the Colts. Neither has Fleener's fantasy value.
