Insight: This is the second time in four years Rodgers won the league MVP award. Rodgers was incredible this season, throwing for 4,381 yards, 38 touchdowns and just five interceptions. Rodgers hasn't throw an interception at home in over two seasons. He is the obvious choice to be the No. 1 quarterback taken in fantasy drafts next season.

Description: Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers could not get in done on Sunday.

Insight: Rodgers went 24-for-35 for 217 yards and three touchdowns versus the Cowboys. He also led the Packers to a comeback victory to reach the NFC Championship for the first time since 2010. That game, however, will not be at the friendly confides of Lambeau Field and it will be against the top defense in the league.

    1/11/2015 12:04:00 PM
Description: Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers (calf) is active as expected and should be started as always.
Insight: It should be noted, however, that the Packers also activated both Matt Flynn and Scott Tolzien just in case. Rodgers has played like a fantasy MVP, particularly at home where he will be today.

    1/9/2015 4:38:00 PM
Description: Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers (calf) is listed as probable for Sunday's game against the Cowboys.
Insight: Rodgers was always going to play, but his mobility continues to be the biggest question. We will not know how much he will be able to move around until Sunday afternoon.

    1/8/2015 3:55:00 PM
Description: Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers has a slight tear in the calf muscle in addidtion to the strain, according to Adam Schefter.
Insight: That won't stop him from playing against the Cowboys and shouldn't stop you from starting the 2014 fantasy MVP candidate. Just don't expect a lot of scrambling.

    12/28/2014 6:22:00 PM

    12/23/2014 10:59:00 AM
Description: Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers is still dealing with a calf injury that limits him movement, but he's going to play Sunday in the showdown with Detroit.
Insight: He was 31-of-40 for 318 yards and a 108.1 passer rating versus Tampa Bay last Sunday. It's a much tougher defense he faces Sunday, but with a lot riding on the game, Rodgers will be in the lineup.

    12/21/2014 5:50:00 PM
Description: Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers was efficient on Sunday, but passed for only one touchdown.
Insight: He was 31-of-40 for 318 yards and a 108.1 passer rating. Owners however, expected more than one touchdown.

    12/21/2014 1:36:00 PM
Description: Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers is dealing with a left leg injury and apparently was ill Saturday and into today.
Insight: We expect he'll tough it out with so much on the line.

    12/14/2014 5:48:00 PM
Description: Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers picked a horrible time to have his worst game of the season.
Insight: With the fantasy playoffs on the line, Rodgers did not throw a touchdown and threw two interceptions for the first time since Oct. 26. Rodgers completed just 17-of-42 passes for 185 yards. If owners with Rodgers survive this week, he is still a must-start next week.

Insight: Rodgers is locked in as a QB1, particularly at home where he's thrown for 20 touchdowns without an interception this season. He'll be at home in Week 13 too against a beatable Atlanta Falcons defense.

    11/23/2014 6:41:00 PM
Description: Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers passed for 209 yards and two touchdowns in Sunday's win over Minnesota.
Insight: Owners probably expected more, but it was still a solid day. Rodgers is locked in as a QB1.

    Hot11/10/2014 10:42:00 AM
Description: It's hard to imagine a quarterback having a better day than Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers did against division rival Chicago.
Insight: Rodgers was 18-of-27 for 315 yards and six touchdowns in around three quarters of work. It's the third consecutive weekend that a QB has thrown for six touchdowns in a game. Don't tell me this isn't a passing league.

    11/9/2014 7:09:00 PM
Description: Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers (hamstring) is active - as expected.
Insight: Coming off the bye, he's had plenty of time to recover. Rodgers should be ready for a big game. he just won't do it with his legs.
