    Name  Rudy Gay
    Born  8/17/1986
    Height  6-8
    Weight  230
    College  Connecticut
    2/18/2015 10:36:00 PM
Description: Kings small forward Rudy Gay is expected to play more power forward under new coach George Karl according to the Sacramento Bee.
Insight: This should help Gay get to the foul line more often. Gay will be playing next to DeMarcus Cousins in the front court. Ben McLemore, Omri Casspi and perhaps Nik Stauskas will all see more playing time at small forward.

    2/10/2015 10:17:00 PM
Description: Kings small forward Rudy Gay played very well during Tuesday's loss against the Bulls.
Insight: He went 10-of-18 from the field and 3-of-5 from the line for 24 points, seven rebounds, five assists, one 3-pointer, one steal, and three turnovers. Gay is a top-40 option in standard leagues.

    2/10/2015 7:21:00 PM
Description: Kings small forward Rudy Gay will play on Tuesday versus the Bulls.
Insight: This is great news. Sacramento would not rush Gay back right before the All-Star break if he wasn't 100 percent. Owners can start Gay as they normally would. Omri Casspi will return to the bench.

    2/8/2015 7:01:00 PM
Description: Kings small forward Rudy Gay will not play on Sunday due to a sore left foot according to Kings reporter James Ham.
Insight: Gay hurt his foot on Saturday and played through the injury with little success, going 1-for-8 from the field. Gay should be listed as questionable for Tuesday and Wednesday with the possibility that the Kings just hold him out through the All-Star break.

    1/31/2015 9:34:00 PM
Description: Kings small forward Rudy Gay went 11-of-11 from the line during Saturday's win versus Indiana.
Insight: He also went 10-of-22 from the field for a team-high 31 points. Gay finished with five boards, three assists, one block, and one turnover as well.

    1/28/2015 10:01:00 PM
Description: Kings small forward Rudy Gay scored 22 points versus the Raptors on Wednesday.
Insight: Gay was 8-of-17 from the field and hit two 3-pointers. He also had three assists and three rebounds. Gay is a decent fantasy option as he is averaging over 20 ppg and nearly 6.0 rpg and 4.0 apg.

    1/22/2015 9:28:00 AM
Description: Kings small forward Rudy Gay had 25 points as Sacramento fell short to Brooklyn, 103-100.
Insight: Gay had a very solid game with eight rebounds, six assists, a steal and a block along with his 25 points. He was 10-of-19 from the field.

    1/19/2015 12:06:00 PM
Description: Kings small forward Rudy Gay was questionable for Saturday's game versus the Clippers, but came off the bench to play his usual allotment of minutes.
Insight: Gay racked up 22 points, five rebounds and three assists in 34 minutes. he didn't get hurt, so we expect to see him again on Monday.

    1/17/2015 4:49:00 PM
Description: Kings small forward Rudy Gay is questionable for Saturday's game versus the Clippers.
Insight: The Kings called up Quincy Miller for this game, so that probably means Gay has little chance to play. He missed Friday's game with a left knee capsule injury, and there is a chance he misses even more games besides Saturday.

    1/16/2015 5:16:00 PM
Description: Kings small forward Rudy Gay will not play on Friday versus the Heat.
Insight: Gay suffered a left knee sprain on Tuesday and did not return to the game. Gay might also not play on Saturday.

    1/13/2015 10:55:00 PM
Description: Kings small forward Rudy Gay left Tuesday's game versus the Mavericks with a left knee strain and will not return according to James Ham of ESPN and FOXSports1.
Insight: It doesn't sound good. Gay will undergo some tests so stay tuned. If he missed time, Derrick Williams and Nik Stauskas will become better fantasy options.

    Hot1/12/2015 9:41:00 AM
Description: Kings small forward Rudy Gay posted a third consecutive 20-plus point effort Sunday against Cleveland.
Insight: Gay has shot 18-of-29 over the past two games, shooting over 50 percent in back-to-back games for the first time since mid-December.

    12/29/2014 10:09:00 AM
Description: Kings small forward Rudy Gay scored a game-high 25 points in the, 107-99, loss to the Nets on Monday.
Insight: Gay, however, was very efficient, going 9-for-21 from the field and 33 percent from behind the arc. On a positive note, Gay did hit all six of his free throws and had nine rebounds, five assists and two steals.

    12/19/2014 10:16:00 AM
Description: Kings small forward Rudy Gay (Achilles tendinitis) played well Thursday night.
Insight: Gay has been playing through some Achilles tendinitis, but shot 9-of-15 for 20 points with nine rebounds, six assists and a steal in 39 minutes. Make sure he's back in your lineup.

    12/18/2014 5:44:00 PM
Description: Kings small forward Rudy Gay is listed as probable for Thursday's game against the Bucks.
Insight: Gay has been playing through some Achilles tendinitis, so we expect him to give it a go again. Gay should be in all lineups.

    12/17/2014 9:44:00 AM
Description: Kings small forward Rudy Gay scored a team-high 22 points during Tuesday's loss against the Thunder.
Insight: He shot 8-of-20 from the field and 5-of-6 from the line. Gay also had six rebouds, three assists, one 3-pointer, one steal, one block, and three turnovers. He is a top-35 option.

    12/14/2014 10:01:00 AM
Description: Kings small forward Rudy Gay scored a team-high 20 points in the loss to the Pistons on Saturday.
Insight: Gay only went 6-of-22 from the field overall but was helped by a 4-for-7 night from the 3-point line. Gay also chipped in eight rebounds and eight assists so combine that with the 20 points and 3-pointers, fantasy owners will gladly take it.

    12/12/2014 10:46:00 AM
Description: Kings small forward Rudy Gay shot an ugly 4-of-18 for 13 points against Houston.
