    Boys and Girls Clubs play a vital role in communities across the country. Here in the Bay Area, the Boys and Girls Clubs of the Suncoast serve as a safe place for local kids to learn and grow. Each year, they select somebody who promotes service to the club and shows strong moral character and academic success as their Youth of the Year. Recently, Kassindjaa Montague was given this honor. She sits down with Jenn to tell us her story. More>>

    Insight: Tepesch has yet to show he's fantasy worthy. His record dropped to 3-7 with a 4.84 ERA. He shouldn't be on any fantasy rosters at this time.

    Description: Rangers right-hander Nick Tepesch won his first game of the season Wednesday against the Mariners.
    Insight: Tepesch threw 6 1/3 innings and gave up three runs on five hits. He was terrific with Triple-A Round Rock, posting a 1.58 ERA, a 0.99 WHIP and a 41/9 K/BB, and has recorded a 3.09 ERA, a 1.03 WHIP and a 12/5 K/BB in 11 2/3 innings since he was called up. The right-hander had a 4.84 ERA and a 1.37 WHIP as a rookie but had never pitched higher than Double-A before so he may have needed some extra seasoning.

    Insight: Tepesch is dealing with right elbow inflammation. The rookie struck out a career-high nine batters in five innings Friday, but he's just 4-6 with a 4.85 ERA and a 1.35 WHIP this season.

    Insight: Rangers GM Jon Daniels said that Tepesch's blister is already healing and the rookie could start as soon as Sunday. Tepesch is 3-4 with a 3.98 ERA and a 1.33 WHIP in 43 innings this season.
