Description: According to Corey Brock of mlb.com, Padres outfield prospect Rymer Liriano will be promoted Monday.
Insight: The 23-year-old sat out all of 2013 after undergoing Tommy John surgery. Liriano has hit .292 with 31 doubles, 14 homers and 20 steals over 114 games in the minors this season. That includes a .467 average since he was promoted to Triple-A El Paso 15 games ago. He's worth a look in NL-only formats.

Description: San Diego Padres minor league outfielder Rymer Liriano will miss the entire 2013 season due to Tommy John surgery, according to Corey Brock of MLB.com
Insight: Liriano is a solid prospect who batted .280 last season with 32 SB for Lake Elsinore and Double-A San Antonio. He probably would not have been brought up this season, though he was added to their 40-man roster, but this injury will delay his progress by a year.
