Description: Ravens quarterback Joe Flacco (knee) ended up having an MRI and it revealed a "mild" MCL sprain, according to Adam Schefter of ESPN. He\'s expected to play in Week 16, but will wear a brace against the Patriots.
Insight: Flacco suffered the injury Monday when Detroit\'s DeAndre Levy fell forward into his left knee. "It wasn\'t really bothering me once the initial hit," Flacco said Sunday night, via the Baltimore Sun\'s Jeff Zrebiec. "I was probably more scared than anything from just what I felt and also just trying to get a couple of yards out of it. Yeah, it feels fine. It feels strong." Flacco hasn\'t exceeded 20 fantasy points in a game this season and is averaging 12.6 fantasy points per game.
Description: Texans TE Garrett Graham (hamstring) didn\'t practice Wednesday.
Insight: Graham is "iffy" for Week 16, according to John McClain of the Houston Chronicle. Owen Daniels (leg) also has a chance to play, so there\'s no need to go into this weekend with Graham slotted in as your fantasy tight end.
Description: Flyers center Vincent Lecavalier is encouraged with his progress but he is still 2-3 weeks away, according to Tim Panaccio of csnphilly.com.
Insight: The 33-year-old is out with a non-displaced fracture in his back. Lecavalier was given a 3-4 week timetable on Dec. 8 and appears to be on schedule. He has nine goals, 14 points, 19 PIM, 49 SOG and seven PPP in 22 games this season, his first with Philadelphia after spending his entire career in Tampa Bay.
Description: Minnesota dealt utility man Ryan Doumit to the Braves on Wednesday. SOURCE: Jeff Passan, Yahoo Sports
Insight: Doumit\'s greatest asset is that he\'s still eligible at catcher though he spent the majority of last season as a DH. The jack of all trades has also started at first base and both corner outfield positions. He\'ll be a low-risk, high-reward fantasy option in 2014.
Description: The Diamondbacks were able to re-sign third baseman Eric Chavez on Wednesday. SOURCE: Jon Heyman, CBS Sports
Insight: It\'s believed to be a one-year deal though terms of the contract haven\'t been released yet. Chavez was a trendy pick in fantasy leagues last season after batting .303 in the first half, though he only managed to hit .241 the rest of the way. We\'d expect some regression in 2014.
