Notes:
2011: Selected by New Jersey in 1st round (27th overall) of the NBA Draft; Traded to Boston with a 2014 2nd round pick for Marshon Brooks, June 23rd.

Became the first player in the Big Ten since Dee Brown in 2005 to win both the Player of the Year and Defensive Player of the Year honors in the same season...Johnson was also tabbed for the All Big Ten First Team and made his third straight All-Big Ten Defensive squad...Averaged 20.5 ppg and 8.6 rpg as a senior...Can run the floor with the best of them and has the quickness to make plays in transition...At nearly seven foot Johnson has tremendous length and size to be a prototypical big man at the next level...Starter his college career as a project offensively, but has turned into a formidable force in the paint...A high energy player that is tenacious at the defensive end of the floor...Will give any team a hard working at both ends of the court...For Johnson to be a true force in the NBA the senior will have to add some strength and bulk...At the present moment he is not strong enough to battle in the paint at the NBA level...While he has improved offensively, he still lacks any quality post moves...Will also need to work on his passing and ball handling skills at the forward position.
