MLB Game Summary - Cincinnati at Louisville

(Saturday, March 29th)

Final Score: Louisville 1, Cincinnati 0 (6 innings)

Louisville, KY (SportsNetwork.com) - Mike Leake tossed six scoreless innings in a rain-shortened complete-game effort for the Louisville Bats, who edged parent-club Cincinnati by a 1-0 count in the Reds' final outing of spring training.

Leake, who will begin the season in the Reds' rotation, allowed just two hits and a walk while striking out four to outduel teammate Homer Bailey.

Bailey worked the first three innings for Cincinnati and permitted just one hit, but walked two and was touched for a run in the bottom of the first.

Felix Perez knocked in the game's lone run with a single that plated Ryan LaMarre, who drew a leadoff walk and stole second.

The Reds will begin their 2014 schedule Monday at home against the defending NL champion St. Louis Cardinals.
