Description: Pacers forward Paul George scored 13 points in his return to the court on Sunday versus the Heat.
Insight: According to Roto World, George received a standing ovation when he came into the game. He was 5-for-12 from the field with three 3-pointers, two rebounds, two assists and two steals. This was George's first game action since breaking his leg while playing for Team USA last summer.
Description: Pacers forward Paul George (leg) is hopeful to play between 10 and 15 minutes on Sunday.
Insight: George is not sure how much time he will get, but he will undoubtedly be eased back in. If George can approach 20 minutes by the season's end, he should hold some value, while basically every other member of Indiana could take a hit.
Description: Pacers shooting guard Rodney Stuckey led Indiana with 15 points in the, 93-74, victory over the Hornets on Friday.
Insight: Stuckey came off the bench to shoot 50 percent, including 2-for-3 from the 3-point line. He didn't do much else with just two rebounds and one assist, but if owners need scoring, Stuckey is a decent streaming option.
Description: Pacers shooting guard C.J. Miles, along with teammate Rodney Stuckey, are available to play versus the Celtics on Wednesday according to MassLive.com.
Insight: Coach Frank Vogel did admit, though, that both players are banged up, so it is unclear how much they will play. If one had to choose between there two players, Miles has more risk than Stuckey.
Description: Pacers forward Paul George will not play on Tuesday as he has not received final clearance from the medical staff, according to an AP report.
Insight: here has never been an announced timetable for his return, but he's been practicing for a while. He's likely to be used is a small role for the rest of the season and would have limited fantasy value in all but keeper leagues.
Description: Pacers shooting guard Rodney Stuckey will not play on Wednesday due to a calf strain according to The Indianapolis Star.
Insight: An MRI revealed the injury on Wednesday. This is too bad as Stuckey was really starting to hit his stride with Indiana. C.J. Watson, though, scored 23 points without Stuckey in the lineup on Monday, so fantasy owners should consider taking a flier on him.
Description: Pacers point guard C.J. Watson scored 23 points off the bench in the loss to the Rockets.
Insight: Without Rodney Stuckey, who was out with a calf injury, Watson had more opportunities and took advantage. He hit four 3-pointers, shooting 70 percent overall with five assist, two steals and two rebounds. If Stuckey is out again on Wednesday, Stuckey is a great option for daily leagues.
Description: Pacers point guard George Hill led Indiana with 20 points in the, 110-100, loss to the Rockets on Monday.
Insight: The loss was Indiana's sixth straight. In the weak Eastern Conference, the Pacers are still alive for a playoff spot, but they need to turn it around quickly. Hill also had six rebounds, three assists, three steals and three blocks.
Description: Pacers forward Paul George will not play on Saturday, but he could be in line to see some action next week.
Insight: The Pacers are expected to update his status on Monday. There has never been an announced timetable for his return, but he's been practicing. He's likely to be used is a small role for the rest of the season and would have limited fantasy value in all but keeper leagues.
Description: Pacers point guard George Hill had 30 points with eight assists and five rebounds in Indiana's loss to Boston on Saturday.
Insight: The circus at guard continues for Indiana. The revolving door at the position has produced a lot of victories for the Pacers recently, but it is giving fantasy owners headaches. Rodney Stuckey was the team's high scorer the last two games with more than 25 points in each contest, but he only had 12 versus the Celtics.
Description: Pacers shooting guard Rodney Stuckey scored a season-high 34 points as he came off the bench on Tuesday.
Insight: Indiana crushed to an easy victory over the Magic, 118-86. Stuckey also had seven assists and six rebounds. He was 13-of-19 from the field, including 6-of-9 from the 3-point line. Quite a night.
Description: Pacers point guard George Hill led all Indiana starters in scoring during Saturday's victory against the Knicks.
Insight: Hill shot 4-of-11 from the field and 6-of-6 from the line. He also had five rebounds, three assists, one 3-pointer, one steal, and one turnover. Rodney Stuckey scored a team-high 17 points in the contest.
Description: Pacers forward Paul George did not give NBA.com a date for his return when asked about it on Thursday.
Insight: "I said I was hopeful after two weeks of working out that I'd be in game-playing shape, but there's still no deadline." The good news is George hasn't felt any pain while practicing. We will continue to track George's progress. In deeper leagues, he is a must-stash player.
Description: Pacers shooting guard C.J. Miles scored 16 points versus the Knicks on Wednesday.
Insight: Indiana doesn't have any standout players, so it is very hard to predict which players will have great fantasy nights. Miles scored 21 points versus the Thunder last Tuesday, 13 against the Cavaliers on Friday but then just seven versus the 76ers before 16 on Wednesday. Miles is averaging 12.6 ppg, 2.9 rpg and 1.1 apg this season.
Description: Pacers point guard George Hill posted a triple-double during Friday's victory over the Cavaliers.
Insight: Hill finished with 15 points, 12 assists, 10 rebounds, two steals, one block, and two turnovers. Hill is a top-100 option, and any owner who rolled with him on Friday, was handsomely rewarded.
Description: Pacers shooting guard Rodney Stuckey came off the bench and led the Pacers with 30 points as Indiana beat Golden State, 104-98.
Insight: Even without Stephen Curry, it was an impressive victory for Indiana. Stuckey was doubtful prior to the game, which makes his performance quite amazing. He was 11-of-17 from the field and 6-for-7 at the line. He also had five assists, four rebounds and a steal.
Description: Pacers shooting guard C.J. Miles had 17 points in Friday's, 106-95, victory over the 76ers.
Insight: Miles was 6-of-12 from the field with two 3-pointers, three rebounds, two steals and one assist. It is hard to count on any of the Pacers guards as Miles, George Hill, Rodney Stuckey and C.J. Watson have all capable of big games, but do not contribute consistently.
Description: Pacers shooting guard Rodney Stuckey took 16 shots coming off the bench in Friday's game versus the 76ers.
Insight: That's more than any Pacers starter. Stuckey led the team with 30 points, hitting 10 of those 16 shots, two of which were from downtown. He was also 8-for-8 from the line. Stuckey is clearly an abberation as he is averaging 11.6 ppg this season.
Description: Pacers shooting guard Rodney Stuckey (sore back/thigh) is probable for Friday's game against Philadelphia.
Insight: He has averaged 16.3 ppg over his last three contests. That's up from a season average of 11.6 ppg, 3.5 rpg, 3.0 apg. He's also shot 20-of-35 over that span (57.1 percent). The streak coincided with the return of George Hill as the starting point guard.
Description: Pacers forward Paul George (leg) told Yahoo that he is targeting a return by the middle of March.
Insight: Signs continue to point that George could be ready this season. There are still a ton of obstacles to get through, but he clearly trending in the right direction. Owners who can sustain a roster spot for an injured player, should consider adding George.
Description: Indiana backup center Ian Mahinmi (sprained right ankle) has been upgraded to questionable for Monday's game against San Antonio.
Insight: Mahinmi's x-rays were negative, but it was thought he'd be out for a while. Lavoy Allen will also miss game. Roy Hibbert will get his normal minutes, but Mahinmi's return would hurt Luis Scola's value.
Description: Pacers power forward Luis Scola recorded a double-double as Indiana beat Charlotte, 103-102, on Sunday.
Insight: Scola had 15 points and 14 rebounds as he notched his fifth double-double of the season. The 14 rebounds tied a season-high. Scola also had three assists while shooting 6-of-11 from the field. Despite this great game, Scola is not fantasy relevant.
Description: Pacers point guard George Hill was just 4-of-10 from the field but hit the most important shot of the game as Indiana rallied in the fourth quarter to beat Charlotte, 103-102.
Insight: Hill hit the game-winning lay up with four seconds left. Charlotte did not convert its last possession as Indiana held on to win by a point. The Pacers outscored the Hornets, 28-19, in the fourth quarter. Hill finished with 11 points, three assists, two steals and a rebound.
Description: Pacers backup center Lavoy Allen left last Thursday's game with a sore right knee versus the Knicks and will his his third consecutive game on Friday.
Insight: The Pacers are extremely thin up front with both Allen and Ian Mahinmi sidelined. Luis Scola will backup both center and power forward and see plenty of playing time versus the Cavs on Friday and probably for at least the next week.
Description: Indiana backup center Ian Mahinmi (sprained right ankle) isn't expected to play for a while.
Insight: Mahinmi's x-rays were negative, but it's a severe sprain and he's a big guy. Lavoy Allen will also miss Friday's game, so Roy Hibbert should be in for a lot of minutes. Luis Scola figures to get the backup work.
Description: Pacers point guard George Hill scored a team-high 20 points during Wednesday's win over the Pistons.
Insight: Hill went 8-of-12 from the field, but just 3-of-8 from the line. He did have six assists, three rebounds, one 3-pointer, and one block as well. Hill is now starting and should be owned everywhere.
Description: Pacers president Larry Bird said Paul George could return this season according to the team's twitter page.
Insight: All this really means is that the team will not hold George out of the lineup if he is healthy. No matter what position the Pacers are in this spring, George will return if he can. The likelihood he returns, however, is still very much in doubt.
Description: Pacers point guard George Hill is expected to be the starter on Wednesday.
Insight: Hill has been limited in minutes, but that's up to 28 now and he is going to be installed back in the starting lineup. Despite averaging under 20 minutes over the past five games he's averaging 13 ppg. He's now a viable fantasy option.
Description: Pacers center Roy Hibbert posted a double-double in Thursday's victory over the Knicks.
Insight: Hibbert had 18 points and 10 rebounds in what was his most impressive performance for some time. He shot 9-of-11 from the field and also had an assist, a block and a steal. If only he could consistently produce these kinds of numbers.
Description: Pacers backup center Lavoy Allen left Thursday's game with a sore right knee versus the Knicks.
Insight: Allen walked into the locker room under his own power with a slight limp according to Pacers reporter Scott Agness. He had eight points, five rebounds and one assist in nine minutes before leaving.
Description: Pacers point guard George Hill will be on a minutes cap on Thursday versus the Knicks.
Insight: Hill has been limited to 20 minutes per game over the last three games and will be held to the same limit. He has still produced in the reduced court time, however, averaging 14.3 ppg, 2.7 apg, 1.0 spg and 1.0 3-pointers per game over that stretch.
Description: Pacers shooting guard C.J. Miles will play on Thursday versus the Knicks.
Insight: Frank Vogel is likely going to ease him back into the rotation by playing him in spots according to Pacers reporter Scott Agness. He is a risky play in daily fantasy because it is unclear how much he will actually play.
Description: Pacers point guard George Hill missed Wednesday's practice session, but could still play Thursday against the Knicks.
Insight: It's possible the team was just protecting him. Hill has played exactly 20 minutes in each of the last three games and is averaging 14.3 ppg, 2.6 rpg, 2.6 apg. Don't expect him to see any more minutes as the Pacers are expected to limit his court time for the rest of the season.
Description: Pacers point guard George Hill will be on a minutes limit for the foreseeable future.
Insight: He will likely top out around 20 minutes per game, but even with that, Hill is still worth owning in all leagues. He will be the starting point guard, and will eventually get the restriction lifted.
Description: Pacers shooting guard C.J. Miles is doubtful for Sunday's game against Orlando due to a strained left groin.
Insight: Miles had been scoring well over the past few games, so this hurts fantasy owners. He averaged 20.5 ppg in his two previous outings and had eight points in seven minutes before the injury on Friday.
Description: Pacers center Roy Hibbert received a flagrant 2 foul, and officials ejected him for Tuesday's game versus the Timberwolves.
Insight: Hibbert threw Gorgui Dieng to the ground, so there was no debate about the ejection. The NBA suspended Kevin Garnett a game for his ejection from Monday, and the league might do the same for Hibbert. He had 10 points, eight rebounds, one assist and one block in 21 minutes before leaving Tuesday.
Description: Pacers point guard C.J. Watson said he expects to play on Wednesday against the Warriors according to Indy Star Sports.
Insight: We would normally say check back at gametime, but the Pacers are on the west coast, so little can be done at 10:30 EST if he is out. Fantasy owners should take him for his word and place him in the lineup for Wednesday unless they have a far better fantasy option.
Description: Pacers point guard Donald Sloan racked up 16 points, seven rebounds and nine assists in Sunday's game against the Lakers.
Insight: Sloan is playing a nice all-around game and fantasy owners probably don't want George Hill or C.J. Watson to return anytime soon. Sloan has averaged 13 ppg, 7.5 rpg, 7.5 apg over the last two contests.
Description: Pacers point guard C.J. Watson (foot) is questionable for Sunday's game against the LA Lakers.
Insight: Watson just can't get and stay healthy. With George Hill also sidelined by a groin injury, Donald Sloan should see as many minutes as he can handle. Sloan posted a nice 10 point, eight rebound, six assist night Friday and is a viable fantasy option.
Description: Pacers shooting guard C.J. Miles came off the bench and led Indiana with 22 points.
Insight: That should sound familiar because Miles came off the bench to lead Indiana with 25 points on New Year's Eve. He made six 3-pointers on Friday, and he is now 11-for-19 from the 3-point line over the last two games. But since Miles will not be able to maintain that pace, he is not worth picking up in most leagues, however, keep an eye on him.
Description: Pacers small forward Chris Copeland came off the bench to lead the team in scoring against the Bulls.
Insight: The Pacers offense continues to be sporatic, receiving contributions from everywhere, which makes it hard to determine who to go with in fantasy. On Monday, Copeland shot 7-of-10 and made two free throws on his way to 17 points.
Description: Pacers shooting guard Rodney Stuckey suffered a facial contusion during the third quarter of Friday's game and is questionable for Saturday's game against Brooklyn
Insight: Andre Drummond hit him in the face and maybe poked Stuckey in the eye and he never returned. He is averaging 12.0 ppg, 3.7 rpg, 2.9 apg. George Hill and C.J. Watson would gobble up his playing time if he can't see well enough to play Saturday.
Description: Pacers center Roy Hibbert led Indiana with 19 points in Friday's loss.
Insight: The scoring is nice, but Hibbert only grabbed five rebounds. Hibbert did have a tough matchup against Andre Drummond, but with no assists, steals or blocks, it would have been nice to see Hibbert get close to a double-double with points and rebounds. On a positive note, he did make 9-of-10 free throws.
Description: Pacers shooting guard Rodney Stuckey suffered a facial contusion during the third quarter of Friday's game and went to the locker room according to Indy Star Sports.
Insight: Andre Drummond hit him in the face and maybe poked Stuckey in the eye. He had to be helped to the locker room. Stuckey is out for the game. Before he left, Stuckey had nine points, five rebounds, three assists and one 3-pointer in 19 minutes.
Description: Pacers point guard George Hill came off the bench and scored 15 points on Tuesday.
Insight: Hill shot 5-of-8 overall and 2-for-3 from the 3-point line in 21 minutes versus the Pelicans. The 15 points led Indiana in scoring. Without a go-to scorer, Hill has a chance to be the guy on any given night if he gets enough minutes.
Description: Pacers point guard George Hill is expected to make his season debut Tuesday,
Insight: Hill has missed Indiana's first 28 games with a left knee contusion he sustained in a preseason contest against Minnesota on Oct. 21. He averaged 10.3 points, 3.7 rebounds and 3.5 assists last season. He's going to play limited minutes.
Description: Pacers power forward David West scored a team-high 19 points during Saturday's loss against the Nuggets.
Insight: West posted a double-double with 10 rebounds as well. He went 8-of-22 from the field and 2-of-5 from the line, so his percentages do not look great from Saturday. He is averaging 12.8 ppg and 6.8 rpg on the season.
Description: Pacers point guard C.J. Watson scored a season-high 23 points on Saturday.
Insight: Watson has seen a lot more opportunities to see an increase in fantasy value. He is averaging 10 ppg and 4.7 apg this month. In the last two games, Watson has played over 30 minutes in each game and is shooting 52 percent from the floor and 60 percent at the 3-point line while averaging 18 ppg.
Description: Pacers forward Solomon Hill lost his starting job, but scored a team-high 16 points in Friday's loss to the Raptors.
Insight: He played 30 minutes, partly do to the injury to C.J Miles. Hill went 5-of-8 from the field and 5-of-6 from the line. He also had three rebounds, three assists, three blocks, and two turnovers.
Description: Pacers power forward David West scored 16 points on Friday.
Insight: The problem for Indiana is West continues to lead the Pacers in scoring during most games despite not reaching the 20-point mark. It was nearly enough, but Indiana lost to Sacramento, 102-101. West also had eight rebounds and an assist.
Description: Pacers power forward David West played 24 minutes in his first game of the season.
Insight: West was not gun-shy, as he attempted a team-high 17 shots, and made eight of them for 18 points. He also had six rebounds, four assists, one steal, one 3-pointer, and one turnover. He will be a solid option for owners.
Description: Pacers power forward David West (sprained right ankle) will make his season debut Friday versus Orlando.
Insight: West practiced in full on Tuesday. He averaged 14.0 ppg, 6.8 rpg, 2.8 apg, but with all the Pacers injuries, he would have a chance to improve on those numbers if he can just stay on the floor. He's scheduled to start Friday night.
Description: Pacers center Roy Hibbert (sprained left ankle) has been downgraded to out for Friday's game against Orlando.
Insight: Ian Mahinmi will in during Hibbert's absence, but all you can normally expect to get from him is rebounds. Lavoy Allen is actually a better offensive player, but neither is a fantasy worthy replacement to Hibbert (13.1 ppg, 7.8 rpg, 1.8 apg, 2.8 bpg).
Description: Pacers power forward David West (sprained right ankle) hopes to make his season debut Friday versus Orlando.
Insight: West practiced in full on Tuesday. He averaged 14.0 ppg, 6.8 rpg, 2.8 apg, but with all the Pacers injuries, he would have a chance to improve on those numbers if he can just get on the floor.
Description: Pacers center Roy Hibbert (sprained left ankle) is questionable for Friday's game against Orlando.
Insight: Ian Mahinmi would fill in during Hibbert's absence, but all you can normally expect to get from him is rebounds. Lavoy Allen is actually a better offensive player, but neither would be fantasy worthy to replace Hibbert (13.1 ppg, 7.8 rpg, 1.8 apg, 2.8 bpg).
Description: Pacers point guard Donald Sloan had a big night during Monday's win over the Mavericks.
Insight: He was 10-of-13 from the field and 6-of-9 from the line for 29 points. Sloan also had five assists, three 3-pointers, two rebounds, one steal, and one turnover. He will not score this much on a nightly basis, but will have a chance to contribute all season.
Description: Pacers center Roy Hibbert (sprained left ankle) has been ruled out of Monday's game against Dallas.
Insight: Ian Mahinmi will fill in during Hibbert's absence, but all you can normally expect to get from him is rebounds. he did score 12 in Saturday's game after Hibbert left, so he could be worthy watching.
Description: Pacers center Roy Hibbert had his fourth double-double of the season on Wednesday against the Hornets.
Insight: Hibbert had 18 points and 11 rebounds, while shooting 50 percent from the field. He also dished two assists and had a block. Hibbert came into the game averaging 13.6 ppg and 8.1 rpg this season.
Description: Pacers shooting guard C.J. Miles is probable for Friday's game against Denver.
Insight: Miles has been dealing with a migraine which has caused him to miss the last four games. He's been much too inconsistent to use for fantasy owners, scoring 10 points one night and zero the next.
Description: Pacers power forward Luis Scola had a poor outing Saturday versus Washington.
Insight: Scola has had a chance to show he's worthy of more minutes, but has come up short. He's averaging 6.9 oog, 7.3 rpg while starting for David West in 23 mpg. That's not enough to unseat the starter when he returns from his ankle injury.
Description: Pacers guard A.J. Price scored 22 points off the bench versus the Jazz.
Insight: Price played 25 minutes and made 8-of-12 shots from the field, including 3-for-4 from downtown. Price is an intriguing fantasy play in the injury-plagued Pacers. He isn't a must-add but keep an eye on him.
Description: Pacers' Solomon Hill had a great night in Saturday's loss to the Wizards.
Insight: He ws 10-of-19 from the field and 7-of-11 from the line for his 28 points. Hill also had six rebounds and three steals. With all the injuries Indiana is dealing with, Hill should continue to be a decent option.
Description: Pacers center Roy Hibbert had a solid game in Tuesday's loss to the Bucks.
Insight: He was 7-of-10 from the field for 16 points. Hibbert also had seven rebounds, one assist, two turnovers, but five blocks as well. Owners would like to see the tunovers go down and the rebounds go up, but nobody can complain about the amount of blocked shots.
Description: Pacers shooting guard Rodney Stuckey left Saturday's game against the Hawks with a sore foot.
Insight: Stuckey has been dealing with soreness in his foot for quite some time, so he may have aggravated the injury. This is not good news for Indiana, who was already missing George Hill and C.J. Watson on Saturday.
Description: Pacers power forward David West (sprained right ankle) will not play Friday against Memphis.
Insight: He is expected to miss the first three games, and this will be Indiana's second game of the season. Luis Scola will continue to start, while Chris Copeland and Lavoy Allen will see minutes, during West's absence.
Description: Pacers shooting guard Rodney Stuckey said he has not done on-court work lately and is unsure if he will be ready to start the season according to Scott Agness of VigilantSports.com.
Insight: Stuckey has been out since Oct. 18 and the injury is taking longer to heal than the Pacers said they thought it would. Stuckey is going to be a major part of the offense without Paul George, but he is a better fantasy player in points leagues rather than roto because of his lack of 3-pointers.
Description: Pacers power forward Luis Scola is a double-double threat when he plays.
Insight: Indiana has openings in the starting lineup with Lance Stephenson leaving via free agency and Paul George breaking his leg. Scola, however, does not play either position those two guys play. Scola could actually see fewer minutes since the Pacers will need more from Roy Hibbert and David West.
Description: Pacers forward Paul George should not be selected in redraft formats.
Insight: Everyone knows by now George suffered a gruesome leg injury playing for Team USA on Aug. 1. He is not expected to play this season. For those of you in dynasty leagues, George should be targeted in the middle rounds.
Description: Pacers center Roy Hibbert still has tremendous potential even at 27-years-old.
Insight: It is the old sports saying, players only have "potential" because they have yet to prove they are good. Hibbert is 7-foot-2, 290 pounds, yet only averaged 6.6 RPG and made just 43.9 percent of his shots. It is hard to trust him, but if he falls to a middle round, it is worth taking him on his potential.
Description: Pacers power forward David West will be heavily relied upon for scoring this season without Paul George.
Insight: That is music to most fantasy owners ears, but at 34-years-old, there are questions of whether West will be able to remain durable on a team that relies so much on him. He has been durable throughout his career and is capable of averaging close to 16 points and over seven rebounds per game. West is an underrated fantasy option heading into the season. Let's hope he remains healthy.
Description: Pacers' Solomon Hill will likely come off the bench in a sixth-man type role for Indiana this season.
Insight: Hill has not looked as good as C.J. Miles or Rodney Stuckey. Both those players offer better offensive numbers and fantasy potential. Hill is being considered for a starting role because of his defense, so even if he starts, he wouldn't hold as much value as Miles or Stuckey.
Description: Shooting guard C.J. Miles is expected to start the season at the small forward position.
Insight: Coach Frank Vogel is "leaning toward" starting Miles at SF and Rodney Stuckey at SG. That's the best case scenario for fantasy owners as Miles will hit his fair share of 3-pointers. We would like to see him in the starting lineup. David West and Roy Hibbert owners would like to see Miles in the lineup too because Miles' 3-point shooting will open up offensive opportunities for West and Hibbert.
Description: Pacers shooting guard Rodney Stuckey is worth a look in fantasy leagues, but not in roto leagues.
Insight: Stuckey does not hit 3-pointers or get many steals, so at the guard position, he is basically useless in roto leagues. He will start for Indiana, though, so he could hold some late-round value in points leagues, where output matters more than individual categories.
Description: Pacers point guard George Hill should offer solid numbers for your flex guard spot.
Insight: Hill has never shot below 44.2 percent from the floor in any season. He is also a 80 percent free throw shooter and 37. 1 percent 3-point shooter in his career. Hill averaged 14.2 PPG and 4.7 APG two seasons ago, and without Paul George this season, he has sleeper potential in fantasy drafts.
Description: Celtics' Evan Turner is a candidate to start at point guard on opening night.
Insight: Turner has gained the trust of coach Brad Stevens and with Rajon Rondo out a few weeks, Turner could start at the point. Rookie Marcus Smart is the long-term answer at point guard for Boston, but if Stevens elects to go with experience, Turner will be the guy.
Description: Pacers' Solomon Hill joined George Hill, Rodney Stuckley, David West and Roy Hibbert on the floor for a portion of Tuesday's practice according to Scott Agness of VigilantSports.com.
Insight: The biggest reason for why Hill was out with the starters in practice Tuesday is probably because C.J. Miles was out with a calf injury. Hill does have sleeper potential as he shot 39 percent from 3-point land the last two years at Arizona, but he is still only fantasy relavant in very deep leagues.
Description: Pacers forward Paul George said he is hoping to return for the playoffs as long as Indiana makes it according to NBA.com.
Insight: George fractured his leg while playing for Team USA on Aug. 1. He was walking around without a walking boot on Monday, which is encouraging, but it is still very unlikely he plays at all this year. Do not draft him in any fantasy leagues.
Description: Pacers forward Paul George suffered a horrific leg injury Friday night during the Team USA Showcase game.
Insight: George landed awkwardly after a block attempt and his leg bent completely at the shin. It was similar to the injury suffered by Louisville player Kevin Ware in March 2013. George could miss the entire 2014-15 season after the gruesome injury.
Description: Rodney Stuckey has landed with the Indiana Pacers on a one-year deal.
Insight: He'll replace Lance Stephenson, who signed with the Charlotte Hornets this week. Stuckey is 25 pounds lighter than Stephenson and nowhere close to the defender Stephenson is, but he can handle the ball and play both guard spots. Stuckey's minutes have been inconsistent the past two years with the Pistons and he's never been a strong fantasy option because he's a career .286 shooter on threes.
Description: Shooting guard C.J. Miles has agreed to a four-year, $18 million contract with the Pacers, according to cbssports.com.
Insight: Miles averaged 19.3 minutes, 9.9 points, 2.0 rebounds and 1.6 threes per game with the Cavaliers last season but missed the last seven weeks of the season due to an ankle injury. He could potentially start for Indiana if Lance Stephenson departs in free agency.
Description: Indiana center Roy Hibbert is open to being traded. SOURCE: Marc Stein, ESPN
Insight: Hibbert's head just wasn't in it during the second half of the season (8.9 ppg, 4.7 rpg in 29 appearances) and it could be time for a change of scenery. With Hibbert's future uncertain and Lance Stephenson slated to become a free agent, the Pacers' starting five could have a drastically different look in 2014-15.
