Description: The Lions are not looking to trade Pro Bowl defensive tackle Ndamukong Suh. SOURCE: Michael Rothstein, ESPN
Insight: Suh was a first team All-Pro selection in 2013, the third time he's received that honor since joining the league in 2010. He's not scheduled to hit free agency until 2016.

Description: Another game, another fine for Ndamukong Suh. SOURCE: Michael Rothstein, ESPN
Insight: Suh's wallet is $31,500 lighter today because of his hit on quarterback Brandon Weeden in Week 6. The validity of this particular punishment is pretty suspect as Suh's hit appeared to be clean. Obviously the fine has no bearing on Suh's fantasy potential.

Description: Lions defensive tackle Ndamukong Suh has been fined $100,000 for taking a cheap shot at Minnesota center John Sullivan, but didn't receive a suspension.
Insight: Suh took Sullivan out by diving at his knees on an interception return by DeAndre Levy.

Description: Lions defensive tackle Ndamukong Suh is facing discipline from the league again, this time for taking a cheap shot at Minnesota center John Sullivan. SOURCE: ESPN
Insight: Suh took Sullivan out by diving at his knees on an interception return by DeAndre Levy. We're expecting a hefty fine.

11/28/2012 4:10:00 PM
Description: Detroit defensive tackle Ndamukong Suh has been fined $30,000 for kicking Texans quarterback Matt Schaub in the groin during a game on Thanksgiving.
Insight: Suh claims he didn't do it on purpose but we doubt that claim would hold up in a lie detector test. He's had a decent season so far with 26 tackles and 4.5 sacks in 11 games.

Description: Lions defensive tackle Ndamukong Suh will not be suspended for a Thanksgiving Day incident in which Suh appeared to intentionally swing his foot into Texans quarterback Matt Schaub's groin. SOURCE: Greg Aiello, NFL PR
Insight: Suh has been at the center of plenty of controversial plays in his three-year career, including intentionally stomping a Packers' offensive lineman last Thanksgiving. There's no way to prove intent on this year's incident so the league cannot suspend him without a fight from the NFLPA, but that doesn't mean a fine won't be handed down.

11/20/2012 11:38:00 AM
Description: Lions defensive tackle Ndamukong Suh is questionable for Thursday's game against Houston with a knee injury.
Insight: Facing Texans' running back Arian Foster without Ndamukong Suh in the middle of the defensive line is a recipe for disaster ... or success if you are Foster's fantasy owner.

Description: Lions defensive tackle Ndamukong Suh crashed his car into a tree at 1:15 a.m. today, but he was not hurt and was not impaired, police say. SOURCE: PRO FOOTBALL TALK
Insight: The Oregonian reports that Suh lost control of a 1970 Chevrolet Coupe while driving in downtown Portland. He hit a curb, a light pole and a drinking fountain before striking the tree, but he and his two passengers walked away without injuries.

11/29/2011 12:55:00 PM
Description: The NFL suspended Lions DT Ndamukong Suh for violating the league's on-field conduct policy. SOURCE: JAY GLAZER
Insight: It's a well-deserved ban after Suh stomped on Packers RG Evan Dietrich-Smith on Thanksgiving. With nine personal fouls in 27 career games, Suh earned the league's first multi-game ban since the Albert Haynesworth incident in 2006. Suh could appeal the suspension, but it's not likely.

2/5/2011 3:15:00 PM
Description: Lions DL Ndamukong Suh has been named 2010 Defensive Rookie of the Year by the Associated Press. SOURCE: ESPN.COM
Insight: Suh won in a landslide, taking 48-of-50 votes, with Patriots DB Devin McCourty netting the other two. Suh wasn't dominant, but he showed a ton of potential, racking up 65 total tackles and ten sacks. He still has to improve on his run stopping, but he has a very bright future.

Description: Lions DL Ndamukong Suh recent shoulder surgery stemmed from an injury that goes all the way back to his senior year at Nebraska. SOURCE: PORTLAND TRIBUNE
Insight: Suh will skip the Pro Bowl, but should be fine once 2011 season activities begin.

Description: The Sporting News has named Lions DL Ndamukong Suh their rookie of the year for 2010. SOURCE: DETROITLIONS.COM
Insight: And well deserved it was. In his first season, Suh racked up 65 tackles, ten sacks, an interception and recovered a fumble for a touchdown in Week Eight's game against the Redskins. He will be a force for the next decade.

11/7/2010 4:44:00 PM
Description: Filling in for an injured K Jason Hanson (leg), Lions rookie DL Ndamukong Suh attempted an extra point after a QB Matthew Stafford touchdown, but missed.
Insight: Of all the players on the team, we never knew Suh was the emergency backup. We don't see him giving up his full-time job on the defensive line, but this one will be talked about early this week. Suh's kick bounced off the right upright.

Description: A 30-year-old Shelby woman was cited for disobeying a traffic signal and was transported to William Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak with minor injuries. Alcohol was not a factor in the accident. SOURCE: DETROIT LIONS RSS FROM THE DETROIT NEWS
Insight: Sounds like he should be okay as no injuries were suffered.

8/3/2010 9:42:00 PM
Description: The Lions and holdout defensive lineman Ndamukong Suh have agreed to terms of a five-year contract, league sources told The Detroit News on Tuesday night. SOURCE: DETROIT LIONS RSS FROM THE DETROIT NEWS
Insight: Suh should be able to acclimate himself well with the defense and provides a big time presence to the interior line.
