Description: Rockets small forward Ronnie Brewer is back after missing three games with a calf injury. SOURCE: Craig Ackerman, Rockets Play-by-Play
Insight: Brewer made a few spot starts in place of Chandler Parsons earlier this month but wasn't productive in any of them. Fantasy owners can safely ignore Brewer (0.3 ppg, 0.5 apg, 0.6 rpg) until further notice.

Description: Ronnie Brewer signed a two-year deal with Houston on Monday. SOURCE: Marc Stein, ESPN
Insight: Brewer hasn't averaged double-digit points since 2008-09. He's a fantasy non-factor.

Description: Knicks guard/forward Ronnie Brewer has been upgraded from doubtful to probable for Wednesday's game against Milwaukee after dislocating his left ring finger in Monday's game versus Brooklyn.
Insight: Brewer is only seeing around 22 minutes per game and averaging 7.0 ppg, 3.8 rpg and 1.1 apg, but that's more about his bad knee than finger. He hasn't scored more than four points in the last four contests and isn't playing at a fantasy-worthy level.

Description: Ronnie Brewer will see extra court time on Wednesday due to injuries at both the point guard (C.J. Watson) and shooting guard (Richard Hamilton).
Insight: Brewer took advantage of the injuries to score 12 points, pull down seven rebounds and hand out a couple of assists in 39 minutes on Monday. He should be able to match that production agaiinst Milwaukee on Wednesday and further down the road as long as both Bulls guards are sidelined.

1/19/2011 12:17:00 AM
Description: Ronnie Brewer, who played just 20 minutes on Monday, turned it around by logging 30 minutes and handed in a line of 12 points, five boards, and two steals.
Insight: Kyle Korver wasn't en fuego tonight and could not usurp Brewer's minutes. Brewer is one of the better options for steals and deserves a look in deep leagues.

1/11/2011 1:22:00 AM
Description: Ronnie Brewer played over 30 minutes in consecutive games for the first time all season by playing 32 minutes and handing in a line of 11 points, six assists, three steals, and a block in the easy win over Detroit.
Insight: He's played more than 30 minutes seven times this season and none of them were consecutive. Weird. Brewer now has value in deep leagues and should be watched in standards.

10/14/2010 9:04:00 PM
Description: Ronnie Brewer, who has been sidelined with a hamstring injury most of the preseason, didn't report any discomfort after logging 10 minutes in his Bulls debut on Tuesday.
Insight: He's battling Keith Bogans for the starting shooting guard spot in Chicago and he will win it if he stays healthy. (RapidDraft.com)

10/12/2010 5:01:00 PM
Description: Ronnie Brewer (hamstring) will make his Bulls preseason debut tonight.
Insight: Brewer should eventually overtake Keith Bogans for the starting shooting guard job, but for now he'll come off the bench. Coach Tom Thibodeau wants to gradually build him up to where he's playing 18 to 20 minutes per game. The only real upside of drafting Brewer is for his steals, so consider him a late round specialist pick. (RapidDraft.com)

10/8/2010 12:05:00 PM
Description: Brewer has not played in the preseason yet because of a strained hamstring. FanHouse reports that he is improving.
Insight: Brewer will start for the Bulls at shooting guard. If the hamstring continues to limit him, keep an eye on NBA journeyman Keith Bogans. (RapidDraft.com)

10/1/2010 2:00:00 PM
Description: Ronnie Brewer, who is still limited by a severe hamstring injury suffered last season, is in a battle with Kyle Korver for the starting shooting guard job in Chicago.
Insight: Brewer's defense gave him the edge coming into camp, but Korver's outside shooting could be key for the Bulls. It's likely that the pair will play similar minutes this season making them worth a last round look in fantasy leagues. If Brewer can get healthy, he's more likely to win the starting job. 9/14/2010 1:01:00 PM
Description: Brewer was an underrated signing by the Bulls, according to the Bleacher Report. He should start at shooting guard and take some defensive pressure off of Derrick Rose.
Insight: Brewer averaged 9.5 points last year with the Jazz. He is a borderline fantasy player, but can make an impact with steals. (RapidDraft.com)

7/16/2010 10:01:00 PM
Description: The Chicago Bulls have reached a three-year, $12.5 million dollar deal with Ronnie Brewer. SOURCE: Bulls.com
Insight: Brewer's fantasy claim to fame has been the steals and he fits the Bulls' system quite well. He's not going to get much of a shot to produce offensively, thus making him a late-round pick for steal-starved owners.

7/15/2010 5:15:00 PM
Description: Ronnie Brewer is receiving interest from the Bulls. SOURCE: ESPN.com
Insight: Brewer suffered a severe hamstring injury that cost him most of the second half last year. The Bulls could use some added depth at the two and Brewer would fit quite well into their scheme. He's not really worth drafting unless you're absolutely desperate for steals.

11/6/2008 9:04:00 AM
Description: Brewer continued his solid play on Wednesday night with 16 points and 6 rebounds.
Insight: Brewer has earned the staring shooting guard role in Utah and is an excellent flex option for fantasy. (SportsBuff.com)
