Burst onto the Mid-American Conference scene in 2011-12 after not making much of an impact as an underclassman (averaging just 3.6, 5.5, and 8.0 ppg as a freshman, sophomore and junior, respectively), finishing third in the conference in scoring (16.3 ppg) and field goal percentage (.554), fourth in rebounding (7.5 rpg) and second in blocks (2.2 bpg)...An explosive big man with above average, quickness, mobility and coordination...Great release on his shot, and has confidence in his mid-range jumper...Effective around the rim and in creating contact...Has dramatically improved his free-throw shooting (.563 as a freshman to .744 as a senior)...Solid court vision and a crafty passer for a big man...A proven commodity on defense and an outstanding shot
blocker...Oftentimes becomes too left-hand dominant around the rim...Prone to foul trouble...Not as strong as a player his size should be...Lacks experience against top-level competition, but overall skill set makes him an intriguing prospect.
