Houston, TX (SportsNetwork.com) - Denver Broncos linebacker Von Miller suffered a knee injury in the first quarter of Sunday's game against the Houston Texans.
Miller left the game and will not return, the Broncos said. The team didn't specify what the injury is.
The third-year linebacker, a star on Denver's defense, had five sacks and 33 tackles in eight games entering Sunday. He served a six-game suspension to start the season for violating the NFL's substance-abuse policy.
