Miami, FL (SportsNetwork.com) - LeBron James' status for Miami's Wednesday showdown with the Indiana Pacers remains clouded.
The Heat star did not participate in the morning shootaround and has been listed as a game-time decision because of a sore left ankle.
James hurt his ankle in the third quarter of Monday's 117-94 win over Utah and scored 17 points in a 90-84 loss at Indiana on Dec. 10.
"It doesn't matter if it's the Pacers or not," James said Tuesday. "We're a long-term team and I'm a long-term player."
The Heat have already ruled out forward Michael Beasley (left hamstring strain) for Wednesday's game.
