Running Back Player Notes
For The Last 15 Days

Le'Veon Bell, RB, PIT1/29/2015 11:26:00 AM
Description: Steelers running back Le'Veon Bell's hyperextended knee, that cost him a chance to help his team against Baltimore in a playoff loss is rounding back into shape.
Insight: Bell also missed the Pro Bowl, but claims he's 85-90 percent at this point. As long as the budding superstar is ready for training camp his fantasy owners will be happy. Bell rushed for 1,361 yards and caught 83 balls for another 854 yards last season.
Marshawn Lynch, RB, SEA1/29/2015 10:22:00 AM
Description: Seahawks running back Marshawn Lynch is listed as probable for Sunday's Super Bowl, but that's just for official purposes - he's going to play.
Insight: In nine playoff games, Lynch is averaging 90.6 ypg on the ground and almost a touchdown per game (8). In fact, checking the prop bets, Lynch is -140 to score a touchdown on Sunday.
Latavius Murray, RB, OAK1/19/2015 9:15:00 PM
Description: Oakland hired Bill Musgrave to be their offensive coordinator.
Insight: Musgrave was the Eagles quarterback coach in 2014 and was the Vikings offensive coordinator under coach Leslie Frazier. Quarterback Nick Foles took major steps back with Musgrave after his breakout season with former quarterback coach Bill Lazor, who became the Dolphins offensive coordinator this season. One good news for fantasy owners, Musgrave used Adrian Peterson a lot in Minnesota, so that could be great for Latavius Murray owners.
Dan Herron, RB, IND1/18/2015 10:08:00 PM
Description: Colts running back Dan Herron had just 10 carries for 51 yards on Sunday.
Insight: He also had two receptions for 11 yards, but Herron was not able to break loose. Zurlon Tipton vultured the Colts' lone touchdown from him as well.
LeGarrette Blount, RB, NEP1/18/2015 10:03:00 PM
Description: Running back LeGarrette Blount was a monster Sunday against the Colts.
Insight: He had 30 carries for 148 yards and three scores. Blount now has seven touchdowns over his last two playoff games against Indianapolis.
Marshawn Lynch, RB, SEA1/18/2015 6:42:00 PM
Description: Seahawks running back Marshawn Lynch rushed for 157 yards and a toucdown Sunday against the Packers.
Insight: He did so on 25 carries, and caught one pass for 26 more yards. Lynch really got it going in the fourth quarter, and became the unstoppable force we all know him to be.
Eddie Lacy, RB, GBP1/18/2015 6:36:00 PM
Description: Packers running back Eddie Lacy rushed for 73 yards Sunday against Seattle.
Insight: He did so on 73 carries, but was unable to find much room in the second half. Lacy should be a top 10 pick heading into next season.
Eddie Lacy, RB, GBP1/18/2015 2:07:00 PM
Description: Packers running back Eddie Lacy was limited in practice by a sore knee, but as expected is active for Sunday's NFC Championship game.
Insight: Lacy had 19 carries for 101 yards last weekend and coach Mike McCarthy was just being very conservative during the week.
Trent Richardson, RB, IND1/18/2015 9:58:00 AM
Description: Colts running back Trent Richardson missed Saturday's walkthrough and didn't go with the team to New England.
Insight: Richardson has fallen down the third on the depth chart behind Zurlon Tipton and doesn't play on special teams so his absence won't effect any fantasy owners.
