Insight: Carter hasn't played since Jan. 29. He averages 6.1 ppg, 1.9 rpg and 1.3 apg in 16.8 mpg so really doesn't have much fantasy value.

Insight: He is officially questionable, but Young did not practice Tuesday, so it's not looking very good. Young has missed three straight games.

Description: Just a reminder that Rockets star guard James Harden will be suspended one game for kicking LeBron James in the groin on Sunday. That game is Tuesday versus Atlanta.
Insight: The suspension was certainly warranted as Harden was guilty of the incident. Corey Brewer will see increased minutes with Harden out.

Description: Cavaliers point guard Kyrie Irving is probable for Tuesday's game against Boston while dealing with a strained left shoulder.
Insight: He has missed the past two games due to the injury. Irving is obviously a must start when playing (21.7 ppg, 3.3 rpg, 5.2 apg) with Matthews Dalladova the option if he sits again.

Description: Hornets point guard Kemba Walker (surgery on a torn lateral meniscus in his left knee) will be re-evaluated on Wednesday, according to the Charlotte Observer.
Insight: Walker was averaging 18.8 ppg, 3.8 rpg, 5.2 apg, 1.4 spg in 42 games before the knee injury. He's aiming for a March 16 return. Mo Williams has played great since coming to Charlotte and is averaging 23.4 ppg, 3.2 rpg, 7.0 apg in five Hornets games. It will be interesting to see how the two play at the same time.

Description: Celtics center Kelly Olynyk (ankle) is questionable for Tuesday's game against Cleveland.
Insight: Olynyk will test the ankle in pre-game warmups. That's all fantasy owners need to hear in deciding whether to start him or not. Tyler Zeller, Brandon Bass and Jonas Jerebko would all lose minutes upon Olynyk's return to the lineup.

Insight: Sefolosha is primarily a defensive specialist so his presence won't change fantasy lineups, but Kent Bazemore will lose some minutes.

Insight: He grabbed 18 boards, and scored 12 points on 4-of-7 shooting from the field and 4-of-9 shooting from the line. He is a borderline top-50 option.

Description: Heat guard Goran Dragic played well in just 15 minutes of action on Monday night.
Insight: He took a hard foul in the third quarter from Markieff Morris, but still went 5-of-9 from the field, 9-of-9 from the line, and 2-of-2 from downtown. Dragic finished with 21 points, four rebounds, one assist, one steal, and one turnover. Seldom used Tyler Johnson went 10-of-13 from the floor for a team-high 26 points.

Insight: Add the Butler injury to Derrick Rose's and the Bulls are in big trouble in the backcourt. That's 20.2 ppg and 18.4 ppg, respectively, out of the lineup. Kirk Hinrich, Aaron Brooks and Tony Snell will divide up the minutes.

Insight: Shane Larkin will start, but he isn't fantasy relevant in standard leagues. Langston Galloway has more fantasy value.

Insight: With Westbrook out with a facial injury, Augustin played 41 minutes, knocked down four 3-pointers, and finished with 18 points, nine assists, seven boards, one steal, and two turnovers. Augustin is a must-own player for as long as Westbrook is sidelined.

Insight: The Thunder were shorthanded with Russell Westbrook and Kevin Durant sidelined, so they needed Ibaka's production. He finished with 18 points, 14 boards, and three blocks. Enes Kanter also had a double-double, with 16 points and 15 rebounds.

Insight: He has not scored under 17 points since arriving and has played at least 37 minutes in four of his five games with Charlotte. On Sunday, Williams helped defeat Orlando with 23 points, 11 dimes, two boards, four 3-pointers, and two turnovers. If he is available, pick Williams up ASAP.

Insight: This was arguably the most entertaining game of the season, and things even got chippy between Harden and James. Insight: Not only was James just 3-of-11 from the line, but he also missed two of them that would have given Cleveland the lead with under five seconds left in overtime. He finished 15-of-35 from the field for 37 points, eight rebounds, four assists, four 3-pointers, three steals, three blocks, and three turnovers.

Insight: Butler finished the game shooting 3-of-9 from the field with 10 points, two assists, two rebounds and two 3-pointers. Without him, the Bulls really struggled on offense, scoring just 17 points in the final quarter. Butler should be considered questionable for Tuesday.

Mirotic has been forgotten in fantasy realms recently, but with this game, he should resurface as a possible waiver wire add. With Derrick Rose injured and Jimmy Butler leaving on Sunday, Mirotic is one of the best offensive options for Chicago.

Although he hasn't been scoring yet, Carter-Williams has been shooting a much better percentage with the Bucks. It's been just three games, but Carter-Williams is shooting 57.1 percent from the field for Milwaukee.
