Insight: He had struggled of late, but was borderline unhittable Saturday versus Oakland. He allowed only four hits, while striking out three. Williams is now 4-2 with the Phillies, owning a 2.45 ERA.

Insight: It was Williams' longest outing since May 21 of last season. The 32-year-old has gone 2-0 with a 1.77 ERA in three games since the Phillies picked him up from Texas. He was 2-5 with a 6.71 ERA prior to joining Philadelphia.

Insight: The home cooking has been good to Williams this season. The right-hander is 5-0 with a 2.17 ERA and a 1.07 WHIP in five starts at Angel Stadium of Anaheim this season. He's also 3-0 with a 3.43 ERA and a 0.86 WHIP in three career starts against Seattle.

Insight: Williams has thrown two straight quality starts since he was bombed by the Yankees in his first outing of the year. Williams returned to the MLB last year after not appearing since 2007 to go 4-0 with a 3.68 ERA in 10 appearances.
