5/11/2015 11:28:00 AM
Description: Brewers outfielder Ryan Braun is 9-for-18 with three home runs against White Sox starter Jeff Samardzija.
Insight: Braun has five hits in the first three games of the series, including a long home run. He's no longer an MVP candidate, but he's still a respectable fantasy option.

4/29/2015 3:35:00 PM
Description: Brewers outfielder Ryan Braun had a huge day Wednesday against the Reds.
Insight: He went 3-for-5 with two homers, including a grand slam, and five RBI. Braun is now hitting .254, four homers, and 10 RBI this season.

4/28/2015 3:35:00 PM
Description: Brewers outfielder Ryan Braun is 8-for-41 versus Reds starting pitcher Johnny Cueto.
Insight: That's good for a .195 average. Clearly, Braun hasn't figured out Cueto. Braun is also hitting just .226 in 62 at-bats this season. Braun was out of the lineup Monday and even though he will start on Tuesday, fantasy owners should sit him.

4/27/2015 3:53:00 PM
Description: Brewers outfielder Ryan Braun is a career .536 hitter (15-for-28) against Reds starter Jason Marquis. Update: Braun is not in Monday's starting lineup.

4/21/2015 11:02:00 AM
Description: Brewers outfielder Ryan Braun is a career 13-for-25 (.520) against Reds starter Jason Marquis.
Insight: Braun isn't hitting up to his usual standards, batting just .238 with one homer and three RBI. But the homer came Monday night and with this favorable matchup he could make it two big games in a row.

4/20/2015 9:55:00 PM
Description: Brewers outfielder Ryan Braun hit a home run in the, 6-1, loss to the Reds on Monday.
Insight: Braun's home run was obviously Milwaukee's only run. The Brewers have really struggled out of the gate, starting the season 2-11. Braun is hitting .238 with one home run and three RBI.

4/10/2015 3:35:00 PM
Description: Brewers outfielder Ryan Braun (ribs) is back in the starting lineup for Friday's contest against the Pirates.
Insight: Braun pinch hit the other day, so we knew he was close. We wonder which Braun we will get this season, the mediocre hitter of 2014 or the fantasy stud from 2007-12.

4/7/2015 4:42:00 PM
Description: Brewers outfielder Ryan Braun (ribs) is not in the starting lineup for Tuesday's contest against the Rockies.
Insight: There is no word on whether Braun will be able to pinch hit, but for now he is being considered day-to-day. Gerardo Parra will be the biggest benefactor for as long as Braun is sidelined.

4/7/2015 10:39:00 AM
Description: Brewers outfielder Ryan Braun is doubtful for Tuesday's game against Colorado due to a strained rib cage he suffered while making a catch on Monday.
Insight: Braun's injury could get Gerardo Parra into the lineup and he has a favorable matchup against Jordan Lyles.

3/21/2015 2:22:00 PM
Description: Brewers outfielder Ryan Braun hit his first Cactus League home run on Friday.
Insight: Braun's thumb appears healthy, but we'd like to see more of this before we pick him high on Draft Day. Braun will remain a top pick in 2015 despite hitting .266/.324/.453 with 19 home runs and 81 RBI last season.

11/26/2014 2:57:00 PM

10/2/2014 5:32:00 PM

Insight: It was a cryotherapy procedure, which freezes nerve tissue. Braun should be good to go for spring training.

9/26/2014 4:23:00 PM
Description: Consider this when deciding whether to keep Brewers outfielder Ryan Braun on your dynasty roster. Manage Ron Roenicke is considering moving him to first base.
Insight: Milwaukee has three solid outfielders with Braun in Carlos Gomez, Khris Davis and Gerardo Parra, so it makes sense that one of them could move to first base. Milwaukee primarily used Mark Reynolds (.196, 22 HR) and Lyle Overbay (.237, 4 HR) at 1B this season.
