Description: Buffalo QB EJ Manuel (January knee surgery), was a full participant in Tuesday's OTA.
Insight: Manuel finished his rookie year with 1,972 yards, 11 passing touchdowns, nine interceptions, 186 rushing yards and two rushing touchdowns in 10 games. With only Thad Lewis, Jeff Tuel and Dennis Dixon on the roster, the Bills need a completely healthy Manuel to compete in 2014.

Insight: With Russell Wilson and Tarvaris Jackson ahead of him on the QB depth chart, it's doubtful Pryor will see any playing time next season. After how he performed with Oakland in 2013 (7 TD, 11 INT in 11 games) that might be for the best.
Description: The Raiders are prepared to waive quarterback Terrelle Pryor on Monday if they can't work out a trade in the next 24 hours. SOURCE: Alex Marvez, Fox Sports 1
Insight: Pryor became expendable when the team traded for Matt Schaub this offseason. Pryor is an elite runner (his 576 rushing yards led all quarterbacks last season) but has struggled passing the ball in his two seasons with Oakland (69.3 QB rating, 56.3 completion percentage in 14 games).
Description: The Giants have agreed to terms with Josh Freeman on a one-year contract, according to Adam Caplan of ESPN.
Insight: Freeman will compete with Curtis Painter and Ryan Nassib for the backup job. Freeman had an abysmal .429 completion percentage, 761 yards, two touchdowns and four picks in four starts last year (0-4). He was released by the Buccaneers and only made one start with the Vikings, a Monday Night disaster against the G-Men in which he went 20-of-53 for 190 yards.
Description: The Packers have re-signed backup quarterback Matt Flynn. SOURCE: Ian Rapoport, NFL.com
Insight: Flynn spent time with three different teams last season before settling in as Green Bay's starter when Seneca Wallace went out with a groin injury. Now that Aaron Rodgers is fully recovered from a broken collarbone, Flynn doesn't figure to see much playing time in 2014.
Description: San Francisco 49ers QB Colin Kaepernick and two other NFL players are being investigated by Miami police about a "suspicious indicent" involving a woman at a hotel earlier this month.
Insight: Miami Police Dept. public information officer Rene Pimentel initially told USA Today Sports that the investigation was for sexual assault but he amended his statement and says that the Special Victims Unit is investigating a "suspicious indicent." "There are no charges, definitely not. There is an investigation," Pimentel said.
