The 6-9 junior was a force to be reckoned with this past season, earning a spot on the All Pac-10 Second Team, while also capturing the Defensive Player of the Year honors in the Pac-10...Averaged a solid 14.3 ppg and 9.0 rpg, but also collected an impressive 2.9 blocks per matchup...An outstanding athlete with excellent leaping abilities...Those attributes along with his long arms and good timing make he a tremendous defender...High-octane motor with a never-quit mentality...Does a terrific job in the paint, especially on the boards where he is a terror at both ends...Could struggle at the next level against the bigger, stronger forward players, as the junior is still a little fragile...Tends to shy away from contact against bigger players and does not have that fiery attitude needed to get dirty in the paint...Can score at a high level, but post moves are limited.
