Adam Eaton, RF, ARI5/23/2013 5:23:00 PM
Description: Diamondbacks outfielder Adam Eaton doesn't have any structural damage in his elbow, but he'll be shut down from throwing for 2-3 weeks, according to Steve Gilbert of MLB.com.
Insight: Eaton suffered a sprained UCL late in March and began feeling more soreness recently. This is ultimately good news, however, as the lack of structural damage means he won't need Tommy John surgery.
Shane Victorino, RF, BOS5/23/2013 3:49:00 PM
Description: Red Sox right fielder Shane Victorino won't be in the lineup Thursday against Cleveland. SOURCE: Jenny Dell, NESN

Jeff Francoeur, RF, KAN5/23/2013 12:14:00 PM
Description: It's always a welcome sight when Joe Blanton is on the mound, especially if Jeff Francoeur is on your fantasy team.
Insight: Francoeur carries a .429 lifetime average against the righthander. Make sure he's in your lineup on Thursday.
Jose Bautista, RF, TOR5/22/2013 9:10:00 PM
Description: Blue Jays right fielder Jose Bautista broke out with four hits, including two homers, and four RBI in four at-bats Wednesday against the Rays.
Insight: Bautista also walked in the game. All of a sudden, the Blue Jays slugger is batting .275 with 11 homers and 27 RBI.
Adam Eaton, RF, ARI5/22/2013 5:41:00 PM
Description: Diamondbacks outfielder Adam Eaton (elbow) has returned to Phoenix to see a doctor after experiencing soreness in his elbow, according to Steve Gilbert of MLB.com.
Insight: Eaton suffered a sprained UCL late in March and has been nearing his return, but he might require Tommy John surgery.
Shane Victorino, RF, BOS5/22/2013 5:40:00 PM
Description: Boston right fielder Shane Victorino won't be available for Wednesday night's series finale versus the White Sox. He's still battling a hamstring injury.
Insight: Daniel Nava will continue to start in right field while Victorino is out. Victorino's injury also opens up a spot for Jonny Gomes, who is taking over in left for Nava.
Jason Heyward, RF, ATLHot5/22/2013 4:30:00 PM
Description: Atlanta right fielder Jason Heyward added a second consecutive two-hit game in the series finale with Minnesota on Wednesday and is batting .304 since returning from appendectomy surgery six games ago.
Insight: When we last left Heyward he was struggling mightily with the bat (.121, 2 HR, 5 RBI in 17 games). It's time to make sure he's back in your lineup.
Andre Ethier, RF, LOS5/22/2013 1:00:00 PM
Description: Dodgers right fielder Andre Ethier is not in the starting lineup for Wednesday's game against Milwaukee
Insight: Ethier has played 43 of the Dodgers 44 games this season and could use a day of rest. he's batting just .264 with four homers and 15 RBI.

Description: Blue Jays right fielder Jose Bautista has a .385 batting average against Tampa Bay starter Jeremy Hellickson, including three extra base hits and a 1.313 OPS.
Insight: Bautista broke a three-game hitless streak with a couple of singles on Tuesday, but hasn't gone deep since hitting a pair of home runs at Boston on May 12 and includes only one extra base hit during that span. This is a favorable matchup which should yield at least one extra base knock.
Nelson Cruz, RF, TEX5/22/2013 9:53:00 AM
Description: Rangers outfielder Nelson Cruz has a .000 career average (0-for-9) against Oakland right-hander Jarrod Parker.
Insight: Cruz already has 11 homers in 166 at-bats in 2013, after hitting 24 in 585 at-bats last season, but for the third consecutive year is batting below .265. It's all or nothing with the Texas slugger and against Parker it has been nothing.
Shane Victorino, RF, BOS5/21/2013 6:36:00 PM
Description: Red Sox outfielder Shane Victorino is out of the lineup Tuesday due to a strained hamstring, according to Rob Bradford of WEEI.com.
Insight: Victorino has been dealing with ongoing back issues, but he left Monday's game with the hamstring injury. He's day-to-day.

Nate Schierholtz, RF, CHC5/21/2013 4:06:00 PM
Description: Cubs outfielder Nate Schierholtz is not in the starting lineup for Tuesday's against Pittsburgh. A platoon issue, no injury here.
Insight: Schierholtz is batting .285 with five homers and 19 RBI. He has been Chicago's starting right fielder against right-handers all season and has done nothing to lose the job, but Wandy Rodriguez is on the mound for the Pirates.
Shin-Soo Choo, RF, CIN5/21/2013 4:01:00 PM
Description: Reds outfielder Shin-Soo Choo is not in Tuesday's starting lineup against the Mets left-hander Jon Niese. Derrick Robinson should get the start in center.
Insight: Choo has been the perfect leadoff hitter, getting on base at a .455 clip. He's scored 36 runs already. He's also hit for power (9 HR, 1.006 OPS), but leading off means he's not knocked in a lot of runs (19) and likely won't reach his personal best of 90 RBI.
Michael Cuddyer, RF, COL5/21/2013 4:00:00 PM
Description: Rockies right fielder Michael Cuddyer (.319, 7 HR, 23 RBI in 31 games) is expected to be activated from 15-day disabled list for Friday's game against San Francisco.
Insight: Colorado is 5-7 since Cuddyer was knocked out of the lineup and scored zero or one run in five of those games.

Description: Diamondbacks outfielder Adam Eaton (elbow) played the outfield for the first time since heading out on his rehab assignment.

Jay Bruce, RF, CINHot5/21/2013 10:55:00 AM
Description: Reds right fielder Jay Bruce is in one of those streaks he so often gets in, so make sure he's in the lineup no matter who he is facing until the streak runs its course.
Insight: Bruce is currently batting .415 over the past 10 games with five homers, 14 RBI and a 1.383 OPS. He's a must start.
Jose Tabata, RF, PIT5/21/2013 10:16:00 AM
Description: Pirates right fielder Jose Tabata is 5-for-7 with a 1.714 OPS versus Cubs starter Matt Garza.
Insight: Tabata is only a part-time player these days, but this matchup should convince the team to get him back in the starting lineup and if that happens he should be in fantasy lineups.
Shane Victorino, RF, BOS5/20/2013 10:56:00 PM
Description: NESN is reporting that Boston right fielder Shane Victorino left Monday's game because of left hamstring tightness.
Insight: We figured his early exit had something to do with his recurring back issues but instead it looks like Victorino has a new injury. For now, consider Victorino day-to-day.
Shane Victorino, RF, BOS5/20/2013 10:14:00 PM
Description: Red Sox right fielder Shane Victorino left Monday's game against the White Sox with an undisclosed injury.
Insight: He may have re-injured his back. Jonny Gomes has come on to play left field with Daniel Nava moving over to right.
Jayson Werth, RF, WAS5/20/2013 9:36:00 PM
Description: Washington right fielder Jayson Werth was hoping to be activated from the disabled list this Friday but now it looks like he'll need another two weeks to recover from his strained hamstring.
Insight: Amanda Comak from the Washington Times was the first to report the setback. Roger Bernadina (.132, 0 HR, 1 RBI) and Bryce Harper (.297, 11 HR, 22 RBI) will continue to see time in right with Steve Lombardozzi (.233, 0 HR, 6 RBI) making the occasional start in left field.
Shin-Soo Choo, RF, CINHot5/20/2013 3:15:00 PM
Description: Reds outfielder Shin-Soo Choo is not in Monday's starting lineuo against the Mets. No injury, just a day off. Derrick Robinson should get the start in center.
Insight: Choo has been the perfect leadoff hitter, getting on base at a .456 clip. He's scored 35 runs already. He's also hit for power (9 HR, 1.006 OPS), but leading off means he's not knocked in a lot of runs (19) and likely won't reach his personal best of 90 RBI.
Scott Van Slyke, RF, LOS5/20/2013 12:12:00 PM
Description: Dodgers OF/1B Scott Van Slyke left Sunday's game with a leg injury and is questionable for Monday's game against Milwaukee.
Insight: Van Slyke is batting .267 with three home runs since being called up a week ago. He's been a solid .300 hitter in the minors (.397 at Albuquerque this season) and with the Dodgers looking for an offensive spark he's gotten a chance to show his talents this week.
Nelson Cruz, RF, TEX5/20/2013 10:30:00 AM
Description: Rangers outfielder Nelson Cruz has a .083 career average (1-for-12) against Oakland right-hander Bartolo Colon.
Insight: Cruz already has 11 homers in 159 at-bats in 2013 after hitting 24 all last season. However, he hasn't had a multi-hit game since May 2 (14 games). Fantasy owners should avoid this matchup.
Shane Victorino, RF, BOS5/19/2013 2:15:00 PM
Description: Boston right fielder Shane Victorino (back) will return to the lineup Sunday.
Insight: Victorino missed the last two games due to his ongoing back problems, but he's starting in center field Sunday, allowing Jacoby Ellsbury to get his first day off of the season.
Carlos Beltran, RF, STL5/19/2013 10:49:00 AM
Description: Cardinals outfielder Carlos Beltran has hit .511 in 45 at-bats against Brewers starter Kyle Lohse, who was Beltran's teammate with the Cardinals last year.
Insight: Beltran is 23-for-45 with six doubles, four homers, 12 RBI and 11 walks against Lohse. The veteran is off to another tremendous start, slamming 10 homers and batting .295 with 27 RBI.
Nelson Cruz, RF, TEXHot5/19/2013 10:39:00 AM
Description: Rangers outfielder Nelson Cruz has a .438 career average against Doug Fister of the Tigers.
Insight: After hitting just 24 homers in 585 at-bats last year, Cruz already has 11 in 155 at-bats in 2013. The outfielder has gone 7-for-16 with one round-tripper against Fister.
Josh Hamilton, RF, ANA5/19/2013 9:58:00 AM
Description: Angels outfielder Josh Hamilton has been dealing with an undisclosed illness for the last few weeks and missed Saturday's game, but he has a solid matchup Sunday if he can get in the lineup.
Insight: Hamilton entered the game in right field in the seventh inning Saturday and ended up going 1-for-1 with a walk in his two plate appearances. The free-swinger is batting just .214 with five homers and 48 strikeouts in 168 at-bats, but he'll get White Sox right-hander Jake Peavy Sunday. Hamilton is 7-for-15 (.467) with two homers against Peavy.
Ben Zobrist, RF, TAM5/19/2013 9:51:00 AM
Description: Rays IF/OF Ben Zobrist has a career .167 average is 21 at-bats against Orioles starter Chris Tillman.
Insight: Zobrist does have two homers against Tillman, but just three hits overall. The utilityman has struggled at the plate this year, hitting line drives at a rate of 16.7 percent, down from 21.8 percent last year, and batting .253. He also has just three homers, but he has salvaged some of his value with 11 doubles, 27 RBI and 21 walks.
Jose Bautista, RF, TOR5/19/2013 9:35:00 AM
Description: Blue Jays right fielder Jose Bautista has cooled off after four straight multi-hit games, and he has had a tough go against CC Sabathia of the Yankees.
Insight: Bautista hasn't picked up a hit in his last two games. He's batting .250 with nine homers, and while we know he can go off at any time, Sunday likely won't be a big day. Sabathia has held him to a .087 average (2-for-23) with eight strikeouts.
Nate Schierholtz, RF, CHC5/18/2013 8:21:00 PM
Description: Cubs outfielder Nate Schierholtz hit his fifth homer of the season Saturday against New York.
Insight: Schierholtz went 2-for-4 in the game to raise his average to .286. He has been Chicago's starting right fielder against right-handers all season and has done nothing to lose the job.
Jayson Werth, RF, WAS5/18/2013 7:04:00 PM
Description: Nationals outfielder Jayson Werth (hamstring) has traveled to Chicago to see another specialist. SOURCE: Amanda Comak, Washington Times
Insight: Werth's hamstring is tightening when he breaks out of the batter's box. He's still aiming to return to Washington's lineup Friday.
Giancarlo Stanton, RF, MIA5/18/2013 6:50:00 PM
Description: Marlins outfielder Giancarlo Stanton (hamstring) could start jogging next week. SOURCE: Joe Capozzi, Palm Beach Post
Insight: Stanton is dealing with a Grade 2 strain of his hamstring and is without a timetable. Marcell Ozuna started off hitting .419 with five doubles and five RBI after coming up from Double-A, but he is 5-for-30 (.167) over his last eight games.
Shane Victorino, RF, BOS5/18/2013 4:22:00 PM
Description: Boston right fielder Shane Victorino is not in the lineup Saturday, according to Tim Britton of the Providence Journal.
Insight: Victorino also missed Friday's game due to his ongoing back problems.
Josh Hamilton, RF, ANA5/18/2013 3:22:00 PM
Description: Angels outfielder Josh Hamilton is not in Saturday's starting lineup. No word on any new injury, but he has been dealing with illness for a while.
Insight: Hamilton (.210, 5 HR, 12 RBI) went 0-for-4 on Friday night, ending a modest four-game hitting streak. mark trumbo will get the start in right field.
Michael Morse, RF, SEAHot5/18/2013 11:22:00 AM
Description: Mariners right fielder Michael Morse is in the starting lineup for Saturday's game against Cleveland. He missed Friday's game because of an irritated eye.
Insight: Morse has gone 9-for-15 over his last four games to raise his average from .220 to .261.
Jay Bruce, RF, CIN5/18/2013 10:30:00 AM
Description: Reds right fielder Jay Bruce is a career .357 hitter with a couple of home runs against Phillies right-hander Kyle Kendrick and a 1.214 OPS.
Insight: Bruce is currently on an eight-game hitting streak, batting .394 over the span. Add in this favorable matchup and his history of being one of the streakiest hitters in the game and he's a must start on Saturday.
Shane Victorino, RF, BOS5/17/2013 7:16:00 PM
Description: Boston right fielder Shane Victorino won't play Friday night in Minnesota.
Insight: He's getting the night off to rest his injured back. Daniel Nava (.278, 5 HR, 24 RBI) will get the start in right.
Michael Morse, RF, SEAHot5/17/2013 6:46:00 PM
Description: Mariners right fielder Michael Morse has been scratched from Friday night's starting lineup.
Insight: He's dealing with eye irritation. Morse has gone 9-for-17 over his last four games to raise his average from .220 to .261. Endy Chavez (.284, 0 HR, 4 RBI) will draw the start in right field.
Jason Heyward, RF, ATL5/17/2013 3:50:00 PM
Description: Atlanta right fielder Jason Heyward has been activated in time for Friday's game with the Dodgers.
Insight: When we last left Heyward he was struggling mightily with the bat (.121, 2 HR, 5 RBI in 17 games). Hopefully, he will find his swing quickly as he has as much talent as any outfielder.
David Lough, RF, KAN5/17/2013 1:27:00 PM
Description: The Royals brought up lefty David Lough to replace injured outfielder Jarrod Dyson.
Insight: Although Lough batted .465 in spring training he was sent to the minors where has has continued to hit, batting .340 for Triple-A Omaha. Given a full season of work, he appears to be have 10-15 home run power who can also steal double digit bases. He won't get that much work as the backup outfielder to Alex Gordon, Lorenzo Cain and Jeff Francoeur.
Michael Cuddyer, RF, COL5/17/2013 11:30:00 AM
Description: Rockies right fielder Michael Cuddyer (.319, 7 HR, 23 RBI in 31 games) is struggling to get over his neck injury and at this point doesn't seem likely to be activated on his first day of eligibility (May 24).
Insight: He was still having problems as of Thursday and is a couple of days away from even starting baseball activities. Colorado is 2-6 since Cuddyer was knocked out of the lineup and scored zero or one run in half those games.
Andre Ethier, RF, LOS5/17/2013 11:20:00 AM
Description: Dodgers right fielder Andre Ethier is expected to get Friday off. Manager Don Mattingly said it's just a rest day for the outfielder, according to an LA Times report.
Insight: Ethier has played 38 of the Dodgers 39 games this season, but is 8-for-16 over his last five games and probably would like to stay in the lineup while he's hitting so well.
Josh Hamilton, RF, ANA5/17/2013 10:10:00 AM
Description: Angels outfielder Josh Hamilton is a career 1-for-8 against White Sox left-hander Chris Sale with a pair of strikeouts and a .325 OPS.
Insight: Hamilton (.215, 5 HR, 12 RBI) has a modest four-game hitting streak, but in last week's series against Chicago he went 1-for-12 so the White Sox know how to pitch him. Avoid this matchup.
Shane Victorino, RF, BOS5/17/2013 10:08:00 AM
Description: Red Sox right fielder Shane Victorino is 3-for-3 with a home run against Minnesota starter Vance Worley.
Insight: Victorino was Worley's center fielder when they were teammates in Philadelphia so Shane knows exactly what his pitches do and what he likes to throw. Therefore we are discounting the small sample size and recommending you start the Flyin' Hawaiian.
Nick Castellanos, RF, DET5/16/2013 2:34:00 PM
Description: Tigers top prospect Nick Castellanos (OF) is batting .256 with 13 doubles, four homers, 20 RBI and a 36/13 K/BB in 41 games with Triple-A Toledo.
Insight: Castellanos hit .320 with 32 doubles, 10 homers and an 118/36 K/BB across two levels in 2012 and is ranked as the No. 21 prospect in all of baseball by MLB.com. Andy Dirks is scuffling in left field and center fielder Austin Jackson is on the DL, but Castellanos' numbers don't warrant a callup.
Torii Hunter, RF, DETCold5/16/2013 10:52:00 AM
Description: After hitting .361 over the first 27 games of the season, Torii Hunter predictably has hit a slump. He's batting .200 (7-for-35) over his last eight games. However, fantasy owners should keep him in the lineup, even with nasty Yu Darvish on the hill Thursday.
Insight: Hunter has become a hard groundball hitter over the last two seasons -- he had a groundball rate of 52 percent and hit .327 on grounders last year, and has a groundball rate of 55.8 percent and is hitting .333 on grounders in 2013 -- which has enabled him to hit for a BABIP in the .380s. However, his BABIP over the first 27 games of the season was well above .400, and it wasn't going to stay there forever. He has gone 6-for-18 (.333) with one homer and five RBI against Darvish, so he might be able to jump-start his bat Thursday.
Nelson Cruz, RF, TEX5/16/2013 10:50:00 AM
Description: Rangers outfielder Nelson Cruz' power has returned to his past levels this season after an outage in 2012, but he's unlikely to do much with the stick Thursday with Detroit starter Justin Verlander on the bump.
Insight: Cruz hits a lot of flyballs (42.3 percent FB rate), and has a career HR/FB of 16.1 percent, but last year that declined to 13.1 percent and he hit just 24 homers. He's back up to a 21.3 percent HR/FB and has 10 homers in 2013. However, Verlander has limited him to two hits in 15 at-bats (.133) and struck him out four times.
Ichiro Suzuki, RF, NYYCold5/16/2013 10:38:00 AM
Description: New York right fielder Ichiro Suzuki is 0-for-20 with five strikeouts over his last five games and has a terrible matchup Thursday against the Mariners.
Insight: Ichiro is 1-for-16 (.063) against Seattle starter Aaron Harang. Now that Curtis Granderson is back in the lineup, Ichiro will need to hit better to remain in the everyday lineup. He shouldn't be in any fantasy lineups for the foreseeable future.
David DeJesus, RF, CHCHot5/16/2013 9:46:00 AM
Description: Cubs outfielder David DeJesus has gone 6-for-12 with a homer, three RBI and five runs over his last three games.
Insight: DeJesus doesn't have much power or speed and his career average is .281, so he has never been a strong fantasy option. But he has a .290 average, five homers, 17 extra-base hits and an .878 OPS through 38 games.
Shin-Soo Choo, RF, CINHot5/15/2013 10:46:00 PM
Description: Reds outfielder Shin-Soo Choo slammed two solo homers and scored three runs as part of a 4-for-5 night at the plate Wednesday against the Marlins.
Insight: Choo hit just 16 homers in 598 at-bats last year with Cleveland, but already has nine in 146 at-bats with the Reds. He came into Wednesday's game with a 28 percent flyball rate and a 23.3 percent HR/FB. He had a 27.1 percent flyball rate last season, but his HR/FB was just 13.2 percent.
Nelson Cruz, RF, TEX5/15/2013 7:31:00 PM
Description: Rangers outfielder Nelson Cruz hit his 10th homer of the season Wednesday against Oakland. The outfielder has three homers in his last five games.
Insight: Cruz hits a lot of flyballs (42.3 percent FB rate), and has a career HR/FB of 16.1 percent, but last year that declined to 13.1 percent and he hit just 24 homers. He's back up to a 21.3 percent HR/FB in 2013.
Josh Hamilton, RF, ANA5/15/2013 1:17:00 PM
Description: Angels outfielder Josh Hamilton is a career 4-for-4 against Royals right-hander Wade Davis with three extra base hits and a 3.050 OPS.
Insight: Hamilton homered on Tuesday night, but has struggled for most of the season. He's been a little better of late, hitting .273 with a pair of homers over the past seven days, but fantasy owners and Angels fans are still waiting for the hitting star from Texas to arrive in Anaheim.
Jayson Werth, RF, WAS5/15/2013 11:15:00 AM
Description: Nationals outfielder Jayson Werth (hamstring) will begin a minor league rehab assignment on Wednesday.
Insight: Werth is eligible to return to the big club on saturday and all signs point to him being ready at that time.
Carlos Beltran, RF, STL5/14/2013 10:58:00 PM
Description: St. Louis right fielder Carlos Beltran went 3-for-5 with a homer, four RBI and two runs Tuesday against the Mets, his former ballclub.
Insight: Beltran now has 10 homers and is hitting .303 on the year. He was hitting .295 with 13 homers after May 14 last season and had 20 homers before the All-Star break, but he wore down and hit .236 with 12 homers in the second half. If he shows signs of slowing down again in June or July, fantasy owners should be quick to shop him.
Jose Bautista, RF, TORHot5/14/2013 10:36:00 PM
Description: Blue Jays right fielder Jose Bautista is red hot since being moved to the No. 2 hole three games ago.
Insight: With Brett Lawrie slumping and Rajai Davis on the DL, Blue Jays manager John Gibbons moved Melky Cabrera to leadoff and Bautista to second on May 11 against Boston. The slugger is 6-for-10 with two homers, three RBI, five runs and three walks in three games as the No. 2 hitter.
Shane Victorino, RF, BOS5/14/2013 4:40:00 PM
Description: Red Sox right fielder Shane Victorino (ribs) is in the starting lineup Tuesday against the Rays, according to Scott Lauber of the Boston Herald.
Insight: Victorino suffered bruised ribs after slamming into the right field wall at Fenway Park Sunday and went to the hospital, but X-rays came back negative. He's prepared to tough out any soreness he might be feeling.
Josh Hamilton, RF, ANA5/14/2013 2:25:00 PM
Description: Angels outfielder Josh Hamilton left Monday night's 11-4 loss to Kansas City in the sixth inning not because of the blowout, but because he was sick and has been for the past 10 days to two weeks, according to a Los Angeles Times report.
Insight: Unfortunately it doesn't explain his hitting this season as he's actually hit for a higher average (.233) and OPS (.748) over the time he was sick than before the illness. The Angels' offense desperately needs Hamilton and Albert Pujols to produce if they want to get back into the pennant race.
Jay Bruce, RF, CIN5/14/2013 2:18:00 PM
Description: Reds right fielder Jay Bruce is not in Tuesday's starting lineup according to mlb.com.
Insight: We don't know of any injury and he has hit Miami starter Ricky Nolasco reasonably well (.278, 2 HR), so this could just be a day off. Bruce has a five-game hitting streak and raised his average 12 points to .258 over that span.
Andre Ethier, RF, LOS5/14/2013 12:04:00 PM
Description: Dodgers right fielder Andre Ethier is 20-for-47 (.426) with a pair of homers and a 1.109 OPS against Washington right-hander Dan Haren.
Insight: Like most of the Dodgers not named Adrian Gonzalez, Ethier is struggling at the plate batting .254 with a .715 OPS. Facing Haren might get him going, at least for a day.
Jose Tabata, RF, PIT5/14/2013 11:53:00 AM
Description: Pirates right fielder Jose Tabata is 10-for-21 with a 1.262 OPS versus Milwaukee starter Kyle Lohse.
Insight: Tabata was heating up (7-for-11) before he sat on both Sunday and Monday only getting into the game as a pinch hitter. This matchup should convince the team to get him back in the starting lineup and if that happens he should be in fantasy lineups.
Nelson Cruz, RF, TEX5/14/2013 11:50:00 AM
Description: Rangers outfielder Nelson Cruz has gone 1-for-10 against Tuesday's opposing starter Bartolo Colon.
Insight: Cruz's bat woke up in the two-game series against Houston with a pair of home runs (doesn't everyone's?) and he went 1-for-3 in the series opener with Oakland, but this is an unfavorable matchup.
Norichika Aoki, RF, MILHot5/13/2013 10:34:00 PM
Description: Brewers right fielder Norichika Aoki corked three hits Monday in a win over Pittsburgh.
Insight: Aoki was a fantasy disappointment in April (.250 AVG) but he's been off the charts in May (.415 with five RBI).
Jason Heyward, RF, ATL5/13/2013 8:42:00 PM
Description: Updating a previous report, Atlanta right fielder Jason Heyward probably won't return to the big leagues until Friday. SOURCE: David O'Brien, Atlanta Journal-Constitution
Insight: He's still trying to find his swing down in Triple-A. Heyward hit the DL in late April after an appendectomy.
Josh Reddick, RF, OAK5/13/2013 8:03:00 PM
Description: According to Jane Lee from MLB.com, Oakland right fielder Josh Reddick hasn't ruled out the possibility of surgery on his injured wrist.
Insight: Surgery would add an extra two months to Reddick's recovery timetable. He's eligible to return from the DL on May 23rd.

Description: Washington right fielder Jayson Werth is headed for an MRI on his injured hamstring.
Insight: He's been battling muscle spasms for the last week and at this point it wouldn't be surprising if he winds up on the DL.
