Description: Texans TE Garrett Graham was held without a catch in Houston's Week 6 loss to the Colts as he continues his slid from fantasy-worthy status.
Insight: Graham caught 49 balls for 545 yards and five touchdowns while sharing time with Owen Daniels last season and some thought he could blossom with Daniels in Baltimore. That hasn't happened and we aren't expecting much from him on Monday night against the Steelers.
Description: Cowboys tight end Jason Witten continues to be ignored in the Dallas offensive game plans.
Insight: Witten was targeted just twice against the Giants. The Cowboys did hit backup tight end Gavin Escobar for two touchdowns. Those used to go to Witten. It's time to move on from the two-time All-Pro.
Description: Redskins tight end Jordan Reed had five catches for 54 yards on Sunday versus the Titans.
Insight: Reed had a nice day as he tied Pierre Garcon for the team lead with six targets, but Niles Paul had the big play out of the tight ends. Paul had a 50-yard catch and outgained Reed in the passing game, 58 to 54, even though Reed had three more catches.
Description: Titans tight end Delanie Walker had a disappointing game against the Redskins.
Insight: Walker had two catches for 17 yards. Unfortunately, the magic Walker had at the beginning of the season seems to have faded. Walker also seems more productive when Jake Locker is under center.
Description: Saints tight end Jimmy Graham plans to play in Week 7 against the Lions according to ESPN's Adam Schefter.
Insight: Graham plans to test out his shoulder to make sure. He will have a limited role, likely playing in red zone packages. The Saints used Graham the same way for a few games last year, and he still managed to lead the NFL with 16 receiving touchdowns. Graham is still a must-start.
Description: Saints tight end Jimmy Graham isn't sounding optimistic about his chances of playing Sunday.
Insight: Graham was expected to miss a couple of weeks with his shoulder injury, but is hoping it will get better by Sunday pre-game. Our best guess is that Ben Watson will be the Saints starter come kickoff.
Description: Titans tight end Delanie Walker had a disappointing game against the Jaguars.
Insight: Walker still caught three passes for 57 yards, but against arguably the worst defense in the league, Walker had one of his worst statistical days so far in 2014. He seems to be more productive with Jake Locker while Charlie Whitehurst favors Justin Hunter.
Description: Steelers tight end Heath Miller had two catches for 19 yards against the Browns.
Insight: Miller did not escape the Steelers poor play on offense against the Browns. The tight end had a couple drops as the offense hit its low point for the season. Miller is a hit-or-miss fantasy player.
Description: Jets rookie tight end Jace Amaro had 10 catches for 68 yards and a touchdown against the Broncos in Week 6.
Insight: The Jets offense is a mess, but Eric Decker and Jace Amaro are the only players worth owning on the unit. Decker and Amaro will give owners spotty productive just because Geno Smith cannot be counted on week-to-week.
Description: Broncos tight end Julius Thomas had four catches for 51 yards and two more touchdowns in Week 6 against the Jets.
Insight: Thomas is no longer putting up huge yardage totals, but he has scored in every game this season. In the first five games, Thomas has an incredible nine touchdown catches. That's a ridiculous pace to keep up, but he has shown no signs of slowing down.
Description: Bengals tight end Jermaine Gresham was second on the team in targets and catches in Week 6 against the Panthers.
Insight: Without A.J. Green, Gresham finally took advantage the absence of fellow tight end Tyler Eifert. Gresham caught six passes for 68 yards and received seven targets. If Green does not suit up again, and he is already doubtful, then Gresham is another solid TE start against the Colts next week.
Description: Bills tight end Scott Chandler was the leading receiver for Buffalo in Week 6 against the Patriots.
Insight: Chandler caught six passes for 105 yards. Kyle Orton looks very comfortable with Chandler as he only targeted receiver Robert Woods more than he targeted his tight end. Chandler is a solid TE1 in 12-team leagues going forward.
Description: Ravens tight end Owen Daniels caught two passes for 34 yards in Week 6 against the Buccaneers.
Insight: Owners could have picked up Daniels due to the favorable matchup against Tampa Bay, but Joe Flacco ate up the Buccaneers secondary so badly, he didn't need to look for his tight end much. Daniels will remain a low-end TE1 in a 12-team league based on matchups.
Description: Giants tight end Larry Donnell had only one catch in Sunday's loss to Philadelphia.
Insight: He made a miraculous juggling catch for a touchdown, only for it to be called back on an offensive holding call. Donnell totaled only six yards and two targets, and should be considered a low-end TE1 for now.
Description: Panthers tight end Greg Olsen will play Sunday.
Insight: Olsen leads the team in catches and receiving touchdowns through five weeks after a 6-72-2 Week 5. He's dealing with an ankle issue, but has a decent mtachup versis the Bengals who gave up a lot of yards last week to New England's tight ends.
Description: Redskins tight end Jordan Reed will see a "decent amount" of snaps if he is active against the Cardinals according to ESPN.
Insight: That's great news, if he is indeed active. Will he be? All signs point to yes, but the Redskins play at 4:25 ET on Sunday, so it will take a small leap of faith to roll with Reed. The Cardinals do give up the sixth most fantasy points in the league. So he has that going for him ... which is nice. Even if he plays, Reed is a boom-or-bust this week.
Description: Browns tight end Jordan Cameron is probable for Week 6.
Insight: We say fire the Browns tight end up for this "friendly" matchup against the Steelers. Cameron has just 56 receiving yards over the last two games, but he looks completely healthy. He also had 47 yards on two catches before exiting with an injury Week 1 versus Pittsburgh.
Description: Patriots tight end Rob Gronkowski has been removed from the Week 6 injury report.
Insight: Gronkowski's snaps and statistics have been trending up the entire year, so this news is just further indication that the tight end is getting healthy. Gronkowski is a top-three tight end this Sunday against the Bills.
Description: Browns tight end Jordan Cameron has been fully practicing this week.
Insight: Cameron has been disappointing this year with six receptions for 103 yards but two catches and 47 of those yards came against the Steelers before he left with a shoulder injury in Week 1. If he can stay on the field for the entire game in Week 6, we expect Cameron to put up his most productive fantasy day of 2014.
Description: Redskins tight end Niles Paul (concussion) is active for Monday night's game against the Seahawks.
Insight: Paul is the starter as Jordan Reed is inactive for the fourth straight game. Seattle actually struggles against tight ends, so if there is any player a fantasy owner wants starting against the Seahawks on Monday, it would be Paul.
Description: Redskins tight end Jordan Reed is inactive for Monday night's game against the Seahawks.
Insight: Reed has not played since the season opener. He practiced a little this week, so he is a strong candidate to return in Week 6. Niles Paul, who suffered a concussion last Thursday, will start in Reed's place.
Description: Chargers tight end Antonio Gates caught just four balls for 60 yards, but two were for touchdowns to make Chargers fans and fantasy owners happy.
Insight: It's been feast or famine with Gates this season with two huge games and three weak ones. It's likely to stay that way as quarterback Philip Rivers doesn't usually force the ball to any one receiver, instead taking what the defense gives him.
