Blues activate Leopold

St. Louis, MO (SportsNetwork.com) - The St. Louis Blues activated defenseman Jordan Leopold from injured reserve on Friday.

Leopold has been out since early November after he needed surgery to repair tendon damage in his right hand. He missed 26 games.

The Blues re-signed Leopold, acquired in a trade with Buffalo last March, to a two-year contract in July.

The 33-year-old has two assists this season.
