Zombo played in all 16 games with five starts for the Chiefs last season and totaled 23 tackles, two sacks, one interception and one forced fumble.
Over 41 career games, including 14 starts, with Kansas City and Green Bay, Zombo has racked up 76 tackles, seven sacks, one interception and three forced fumbles.
Walker started 15 games for the Raiders in 2013 and recorded 40 tackles and three sacks.
The 26-year-old Georgia Tech product has registered 119 tackles, eight sacks, two forced fumbles and one fumble recovery in 73 games (26 starts) over five seasons with Oakland and Atlanta.
"We're pleased that we were able to come to an agreement with both Frank and Vance," Chiefs general manager John Dorsey said. "Frank was a key member of our defense and special teams units last season, and we are looking forward to having him back. Vance is a big, physical player that we believe can come in and contribute for us up front."
