Description: Cavaliers power forward Kevin Love scored a team-high 23 points in Saturday's loss to Toronto.
Insight: He was 8-of-16 from the field and 7-of-7 from the line. Love also had seven rebounds, one assist, and one steal. These are numbers owners should expect on a consistent basis.

11/21/2014 10:52:00 PM
Description: Cavaliers power forward Kevin Love was pretty invisible in the Cleveland offense once again.
Insight: Love took just eight shots, which were fewer than LeBron James, Kyrie Irving and Anderson Varejao. Love had eight points. At least he also had eight rebounds too, but even that is short of his average.

11/17/2014 9:22:00 PM
Description: Cavaliers power forward Kevin Love had a solid night in Monday's loss to Denver.
Insight: He had 20 points, 11 rebounds, one 3-pointer, and two turnovers. Look for Love to have nights like this one, often.

11/8/2014 10:03:00 AM
Description: Cavaliers power forward Kevin Love did not continue his hot 3-point shooting, but scored 19 points and grabbed eight rebounds in the victory over the Nuggets.
Insight: Love missed all five of his 3-point attempts, but still made six field goals and led the team in rebounds. He also had an assist and block.

11/5/2014 10:14:00 AM
Description: Cavaliers power forward Kevin Love scored a team-high 22 points in Tuesday's loss to Portland.
Insight: He played a nice game, going 7-of-14 from the field and 3-of-3 from the line, while chipping in 10 rebounds and five 3-pointers. Love is averaging 19.0 ppg and 13.3 rpg early on, this season.

10/31/2014 12:16:00 PM
Description: Cavaliers power forward Kevin Love played well in the "Chris Bosh" role for his new team.
Insight: He had 19 points, 14 rebounds, four assists, and made three 3-pointers. Expect a double-double from Love almost everytime out, but the 26.1 ppg from last season is likely to take a significant hit as we saw in Game 1.

10/30/2014 10:43:00 PM
Description: Cavaliers power forward Kevin Love played well in his team debut.
Insight: He had 19 points, 14 rebounds, four assists, and made three 3-pointers. Expect a double-double from Love almost everytime out.

10/30/2014 12:19:00 PM
Description: Cavaliers power forward Kevin Love is dealing with bruised ribs but is expected to play Thursday.
Insight: Love practiced Wednesday so fantasy owners should not be concerned. It will be interesting to see how he works with two other elite players - LeBron James and Kyrie Irving.

10/22/2014 6:31:00 PM
Description: Cavaliers power forward Kevin Love is still a fantasy stud this season.
Insight: It can be argued that Love is no longer a top-five pick, but his ability to grab rebounds, score and shoot a high percentage makes him the top center in fantasy. He will take fewer shots this season with a better team, but his field goal percentage should go up. Some experts have speculated his rebound numbers could go down with LeBron James, but we doubt that. Cleveland traded for Love to have a dominanting presence on the boards to help King James.

8/22/2014 4:34:00 PM
Description: Cleveland.com reports the Cleveland Cavaliers will officially trade No. 1 pick Andrew Wiggins and former No. 1 overall pick Anthony Bennett in a three-team trade for Kevin Love. The Timberwolves will receive 76ers power forward Thaddeus Young as part of the trade as well. The deal will be finalized at midnight on Saturday after Wiggins officially signs his rookie contract.
Insight: Love's fantasy value takes a slight hit as it is unlikely he can maintain last year's 26.1 points per game average playing alongside LeBron James and Kyrie Irving. But his potential on the offensive and defensive glass playing with the King is tremendous. Combine that with the fact Love had a career high in assists per game last year (4.4), he remains one of the best options at his position. Wiggins and Bennett look to be quality mid-round targets.

Insight: Cross another one off the list. Cleveland has plenty of assets (the No. 1 pick in tomorrow's draft, Anthony Bennett and Dion Waiters) but Love doesn't have any interest in playing there. Unless Love has a change of heart and decides he'd sign an extension with Cleveland, it's difficult to see this trade happening. Meanwhile ESPN's Chris Broussard said Wednesday there's a 50 percent chance Love gets traded on draft night. Boston, Denver and Golden State seem to have the best chance of landing the three-time All-Star.

Insight: Golden State is hesitant to include Klay Thompson in a trade and that's a deal breaker for Minnesota. The Nuggets and Celtics remain in the running though it's possible the T-Wolves could wait until the trade deadline to swap Love.

6/18/2014 11:52:00 AM
Description: There's a growing sense that Boston will land Kevin Love in a draft day deal with Minnesota.
Insight: According to ESPN's Chad Ford, the C's are prepared to offer Minnesota two first-round picks this year, a collection of future No. 1s and the Wolves' choice of either Jared Sullinger or Kelly Olynyk. Ford believes it's the best offer the T-Wolves are going to get. Draft night is a week from Thursday. Stay tuned.

Description: According to Yahoo's Adrian Wojnarowski, Boston could trade its first-round pick as part of a deal for Kevin Love.
Insight: It's an interesting idea but if Love really wants to play for a contender Boston probably isn't the right place for him. The Bulls, Celtics, Lakers, Knicks, Rockets, Suns and Warriors are all said to be interested in Love (26.1 ppg, 12.5 rpg in 2013-14) if Minnesota makes him available in a trade this summer.

Insight: If he doesn't get it, Love is prepared to sign elsewhere when he becomes a free agent in 2015. None of this is surprising. Love has spent six seasons in Minnesota and has yet to appear in a playoff game. Trading Love is the best option for Minnesota as well, especially given the very real threat of him leaving as a free agent. Love has shown interest in playing for a number of different teams including the Bulls, Knicks, Lakers, Rockets and Warriors. The Wolves can work on a deal over the summer or they can wait until next year's trade deadline.
