Fort Myers, FL (SportsNetwork.com) - Josmil Pinto hit a three-run homer in a five-run seventh inning, as Minnesota completed its Grapefruit League schedule with a 7-4 decision over Boston.
Adam Walker added a solo shot in the deciding frame and Josh Willingham also went deep for the Twins, who begin the 2014 regular season on Chicago's south side on Monday.
Casey Fien worked a scoreless sixth inning for the win in relief of Mike Pelfrey, who allowed five hits and four runs with three walks over four full frames.
Mike Napoli finished 2-for-2 with a double, solo homer and three RBI for the Red Sox, who begin the defense of their World Series title on Monday in Baltimore.
Xander Bogaerts knocked in a run for Boston, while starter Jake Peavy allowed a run on three hits with three strikeouts over his five-inning start.
