Description: According to Bleacher Report\'s Jared Zwerling, Dion Waiters wants to play for the Sixers "because he thinks he\'d be the best player on the team."
Insight: Waiters seems to want out of Cleveland. He wants to be a franchise player and that\'s not going to happen with Tristan Thompson and Kyrie Irving around. Going to Philadelphia would reunite Waiters with his former Syracuse teammate, point guard Michael Carter-Williams. The trade deadline is February 20th.
Description: Boston swingman Jeff Green could be dealt in the next couple days if the rumors we\'re hearing about Omer Asik are true. SOURCE: ESPN
Insight: The Rockets plan to have Asik off their roster by Thursday and Boston could be his most likely destination. Brian Windhorst and Marc Stein are hearing that Green could be sent to Cleveland as part of a three-team deal. Asik coming to Boston would mean fewer minutes for Jared Sullinger and Kelly Olynyk at center.
Description: Los Angeles rookie Martin Jones continued his dominance Tuesday in a shutout win over Edmonton.
Insight: The 23-year-old hasn\'t allowed more than two goals in any game this season. Three of his first six games have been shutouts. Jones (24 saves on Tuesday) is definitely worth a look while Jonathan Quick remains sidelined with a groin strain.
Description: The Cubs inked closer Jose Veras to a one-year, $4 million deal on Tuesday. SOURCE: Enrique Rojas, ESPN Deportes
Insight: For Veras, it\'s his eighth team in the last four years. Veras won\'t have many save opportunities in Chicago but he\'s probably still worth looking at in the later rounds of most fantasy drafts.
Description: Closer Grant Balfour is headed to Baltimore on a two-year, $15 million deal. SOURCE: Roch Kubatko, MASN
Insight: It\'s a great signing for the O\'s, who recently parted ways with Jim Johnson (traded to Oakland). Balfour is a fan favorite and also a consistent fantasy contributor with 20+ saves in each of his last two seasons. He\'s worth drafting in mixed and AL-only leagues.
